The farmstay is just a short drive from Gokarna's pristine beaches, allowing us to enjoy the best of both worlds—tranquility and adventure. The hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, with fresh, delicious home-cooked meals, locally sourced ingredients, and insightful tips for exploring the area. Located in the midst of a quiet serene green surroundings, this place is ideal for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. The place has a welcoming vibe the moment you enter inside. The Villa (Villa 1) we hired was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The rooms and bathroom were clean. There is a UPS for power backup, the kitchen is well equipped to make quick coffee and breakfast. We did not cook much as the canteen in the premises delivered delicious food at very affordable prices. The upper bedroom could be a lil tricky to climb up for elders, but kids loved it. The verandah, outside places to sit and relax, the hammocks to lie on a lazy afternoon are perfect additions. Dubbanasisi beach is less than a km to walk. Gokarna main beach is about 3km. The caretakers Puneet and Rudresh were extremely gentle at the same time quick to respond. Host Shaila Ashok was kind and handled our calls promptly every time. Definitely coming back here with my family.

I stayed at Manoj and Santoshi's place for a night on my recent visit to Karwar. The place is tastefully done with enough space for two people in the bedroom, a fully functional kitchen and a living room. The kitchen had everything you would need - pans, cooking oils, tawa, pressure cooker etc. The space was very clean. You could lay down and relax on the hammock surrounded by coconut trees. My son loved watching the bathing buffaloes in the pond on the backside of the property. Now, the highlight of my stay was my interaction with Manoj's father, Mr Premanand. He was so kind and checked with us multiple times to see if we were ok or needed anything. He would personally help us carry our heavy luggage to the room and back. He stood with us in the sun to get us an auto rickshaw. Uncle cooked us some delicious meals. The fish thali was better than anything I've eaten in Karnataka . Absolutely loved my stay. Areca County is nestled amidst lush greenery in a calm, serene environment. The resort has five cozy cottages, a dining hall, and a small library/game room. For cycling enthusiasts, bicycles are available to explore the surroundings. The cottages blend village-style architecture with modern amenities, creating a comfortable and rustic feel. However, it would be even better if they provided tea and coffee refreshments in the rooms, as that has become a standard offering in many hotels. The highlight of the property is the verandah, where my family and I spent most of our time. Though we were only in the rooms to sleep, we enjoyed the verandah for reading, chatting, and soaking up the tranquility of nature. The gentle rustling of leaves and birdsong created a peaceful ambiance that made it hard to leave. he food at Areca County is limited in variety and a bit costly, but the taste more than makes up for it. Each dish is simple, delicious, and easy on the stomach.

This Airbnb was a truly wonderful place to stay, nestled among lush trees and plants! A peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding, was created by the serene, nature-filled surroundings. The beach was within walking distance. The property itself was charming, clean, and blending seamlessly with the natural environment. The hosts were attentive and ensured everything was perfect. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing, nature-immersed getaway near the beach!

Honestly, we had the most fantastic time. The place is just...wow. You're surrounded by nature, it's so peaceful. And Narayana and his family? They're just the best. They made us feel like we were part of their family when we arrived. It was so comfortable and welcoming. Plus, being able to stroll down to Kudle Beach whenever we wanted was a huge bonus. And let me tell you about the food! Nandini's cooking was incredible. Every meal was delicious, we were always looking forward to what she'd make next. Seriously, if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with really lovely people and great food, this is the place to go.

The description cannot give the true beauty and atmosphere of the property. It was a true home for our big family of 20! The caretaker was a big and reliable help in all our needs. He helped us find best products to prepare amazing food, fresh vegetables, fruit, even the local fish market with the tastiest fish and shrimps we have ever had. Preparing food in this spacious well-equipped kitchen and eating on the terrace was just marvellous. Lots of big and small terraces with tables and sofas to talk, read, play games, rest. Good wi-fi. The amazing swimming pool with water in perfect temperature! The fabulous garden with lush greenery and flowers, magically illuminated at night. A lot of small spaces beautifully arranged, even in a big group you can find space for yourself. We just had a wonderful time, full of laughter, rest, relax, very good food and even dance with live music. We are already willing to come back. Thank you very much!

I belong to Kumta the place where the property is. I stay always in Hotels and I was surprised to see a Airbnb listing in my town. Right from the point of booking Aftab was always friendly quick in communication and this was the always there around checkin and till checkout time. beautiful 1BHK home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The last km is not paved road and complete offroad but well levelled. During heavy rains it may be a challenge here. If you are driving here even in a low sedan also you can reach comfortably. large compound with the vibes of the coast. nearest kumta Beach is 3 kms away. house was beautifully maintained by Aftab. clean kitchen and bathrooms. kitchen has a stove a refrigerator with drinking water and even some basic things required for cooking. with plates/vessels. But we generally carry our own stuff. Backed up with good inverter. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from city take it up. Aftab went out of the way to help me.
