Holiday rentals in Paradisus Palma Real Swimming Pool

Our stay was abbreviated due to our lack of tolerance for the area due to being approached outside of the security gate by aggressive street hustlers non-stop. This is no fault of the property or our host, but just not for us. Our host offered every accommodation possible and went above and beyond with assisting in transportation and food delivery options.

5 star stay at the Penthouse at Chateau del Mar. This is a great two storey condo with an amazing rooftop pool and ocean view... steps to the beach... close to restaurants and bars. Great wifi, ac in every room, huge tv with streaming channels, and ocean views from two of the three bedrooms. We loved it and hosted a memorable family reunion here during our 5 week stay at the penthouse. The owner Davinia is wonderful. She arranged pick up from the airport and was very responsive. If we needed anything she made sure that we got it immediately... water, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, clean bath and pool towels etc. Hotel level service. Also, there was no charge for electricity/hydro... a big plus. The staff were also terrific. Berto, the chamber maids, pool cleaners and security at the door all get a shout out for their great service. Thank you Daviana. We will be back to the Chateau del Mar. A great stay.

Loved this place, and her host Alex is great, always attentive to every detail and willing to answer any questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a very quiet and clean condominium, very close to everything. My family and I are very grateful to Alex for all his attentions, and we would definitely come back.

We stayed for one month. The best thing other than the weather and the beautiful beaches, was the service we received from the host Go Punta Cana Vacations. They were truly the best of any service I have ever received anywhere. They were extremely organized and communication was second to none. We had a few issues during our stay, but were resolved immediately. The apartment was very clean on arrival. The AC worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. So nice to have a washer and dryer. I appreciated the room darkening shade in the primary bedroom. The pool was clean and the grounds were well kept. The condo is very well located near everything. I was a bit worried about the large deposit required for electricity beforehand if staying for more than 28 days, but rest assured, they reimburse you back for what you don’t use. The apartment was a bit pricey and showing a bit of wear and tear, but knowing we had such an attentive host, it was well worth it! Thank you again. We’ll be back!

My partner and I stayed at this Airbnb for a weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The location inside Cap Cana, right in the heart of the Fishing Lodge, is unbeatable—secure, peaceful, and close to everything. The apartment itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. Although we didn’t use the kitchen much since we dined out, we appreciated the thoughtful amenities that added an extra touch to the stay. The host was exceptionally attentive—professional, helpful, and respectful. Even though we were in Punta Cana for a corporate event and didn’t have much time to fully enjoy the space, we absolutely loved our stay. The peaceful surroundings, the beautiful views, and the overall ambiance made it a perfect romantic getaway despite our busy schedule. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to, and I highly recommend it!

Cesc's apartment is spacious, cozy, and has the best views of the Capcana Marina. It is carefully conditioned, and has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. The best thing is that you are just a short walk from everything, API Beach, with its Restaurant Maralia, pizzerias, cafes, beauty salon, and everything you need. I highly recommend it because it is a host that stays in communication. Isa is a great ally, she facilitates your entry and exit. I am very grateful that you have made these days with your family memorable. I hope to return soon.
