Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Paraguay

The apartment is in a great location, is nicely furnished, very clean and there is everything you need. Very nice hosts, uncomplicated process from check-in to check-out. Great!

I had a great stay in Victor's space. From the beginning he was very requested, left water, chipa and tea so that I would be well received when I arrived. The apartment is very well located, very quiet neighborhood and close to the Carmelita neighborhood, which has many bars and restaurants at night. Speaking of the apartment, I only have compliments to do, from the easy entrance to the building, with a 24-hour doorman, to the spacious and comfortable apartment, where we have everything we need and a little more. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow, I would even like to know where Victor bought the hahaha pillows In an upcoming trip to Asunción, I'm sure I'll be staying again. Thank you Victor.

1. The reception knows what it is doing. 2. Access, key, wifi, TV, air conditioning, all uncomplicated. 3. Pool water very clean. all good. Price/performance fits.

The accommodation is very clean, modern, well located and functional. The hosts are responsive and friendly, the pool is nice. We'll be happy to go back.

The stay was fantastic , the apartment is very well located , it also has everything to make you feel comfortable, detail to highlight Carlos , very kind and responds quickly to each query . This is my second time staying in that apartment .

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

We would definitely come back ! We felt right at home. The house is perfectly equipped and decorated for beautiful days with the family. Everything was spotless. Great location. Highly recommended ! And Viviana is an excellent host, very friendly and attentive at all times.

We spent 3 beautiful days, the house is beautiful and they welcome you with a stocked welcome basket and some chocolates on the bed. The experience felt like a mix of house and hotel (for the towels, coats and cleaning details I had). Sunsets with lake view from the infinity pool were a pleasure! Enzo was very friendly and communicative from the very first moment. We'll definitely be back and do these soul-filling escapaditas followed! Thank you :)

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

I loved Encarnación! This is a city with beautiful sunsets and atmosphere. The apartment of Vanessa was excellent choice to visit it! Flat is very clean and modern, located it newest apartment house on the second floor with concierge. There is very quiet, both bedroom and dining room have powerful air conditioning. And from the balcony there is a beautiful view on the water. Vanessa was easy to communicate with, thanks to her for recommendations! She was very flexible for our check out. I wish to stay longer next time here!

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Great place. As described. Easy checking in with doorman. Clean had everything you need. Will stay again. Very walkable to resturants and shops.

Oscar is a super well predisposed host, I always respond quickly to my inquiries,the place is beautiful, luxury, not to mention the view from the balcony, the best sunsets.
