Great place to stay in Asunción! Room with lot's of space good location and Andares del Agua with a lot o amenities. Sure I will stay here in my next trips to Paraguay.

It is perfect for working and for tourism. Spacious, conveniently located, it is very equipped, with lots of light and a nice view of the river. And great communication with the host.

The accommodation is very clean, modern, well located and functional. The hosts are responsive and friendly, the pool is nice. We'll be happy to go back.

The stay was fantastic, the apartment is very conveniently located, and it has everything to make you feel comfortable. A special mention for Carlos, who is very friendly and responds quickly to every question. This is my second time staying in this apartment.

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

This is a great apartment. The location is great, so is the hostess. Communication is straightforward and fast. Everything was great. Very recommended.

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

Great place. As described. Easy checking in with doorman. Clean had everything you need. Will stay again. Very walkable to resturants and shops.

Great location both to the beach, restaurants & main shopping area. Very comfortable place. Cost for taxi from the entry train station was only 7000 Argentina pesos & an Uber return was much less. recommended to stay here again.

Very nice place and with great location. Cozy, comfortable and very practical environment. Very well-equipped, practical and very functional kitchen. We were very welcome and Viviana was very helpful . When we return to Asunción, it will be the first place I will look for . I highly recommend it !
