The place has the best possible location right on the beach. We were 4 friends on vacation and had the best time. The property has everything you need, Panos has given many tips for activities.

Nicola's place is in a fantastic spot in Lindos town, just outside of the busiest area but within a couple of minute's walk of the bustle of the main town with it's shopping, bars and restaurants, and just a few minute's walk to the main beaches and the acropolis. It's well equipped and suited us perfectly with two older teenage kids. It's worth mentioning that the master bedroom with en suite is up a set of cobbled outside stairs with no railings, and the roof terrace (which is lovely to sit out on in the evenings) also has no safety railings. So this house may not be suitable for families with small kids, or for older people who may struggle with the cobbles and outside stairs. I would also point out that Nicola's listing didn't mention the tourist tax which was introduced across Greece this year and amounts to 10 Euros per night, so an unexpected 70 Euros for us. That said, we had a really lovely week staying here in July and would definitely recommend Nicola's house to others.

We had the most gorgeous two weeks at Hibiscus. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs as a family of 6 . The photos do not do justice to how light and bright the two main bedrooms are with their lovely adjoining balconies. We alternated between staying locally and day trips away, but our favourite days were the ones where we spent the day swimming at the local beach and visiting the canteen there for lunch and afternoon cocktails. Plakia beach is less than a minute walk away while the canteen is another three minutes down. It felt like an extension to the apartment... it was so absolutely lovely and relaxing. The town of Pefkos is five minutes down the road and is filled with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a delicious bakery that we went to many mornings for a coffee and pastry after our morning swimming. Katie and her mother Helen are extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend Hibiscus and hope to find ourselves there again one day.

The location doesn't quite match the description, but it's still easy to find, due to the clear number 18. The location has a view of the sea. We had a storm and that was beautiful views over the sea. The accommodation is very clean and the host Ermioni is friendly and thoughtful. We had a problem with the ferry, storm, and could easily check out later at no extra charge. It's a really nice stay.

We enjoyed the stay and the village. Quiet and calm at this time of year which is what we had hoped for. Friendly Perfect beach spot opposite the apartment and in the afternoons we walked to the other end of the village to the stone beach where we were basically on our own. The apartment patio was also a nice restful area in the shade with a great view to the sea. To see the sunrise you need to walk a few hundred meters into the village, or climb the mountain/hill next to the apartment, which is what we did. A good week.

The house is beautiful very clean and it has anything you need for your stay! Ermioni and her daughter will do anything they can for your stay to be excellent! Very professional both of them! I will definitely return!!

A great little cottage, quietly located with wonderful sea views. It has everything you need. The air conditioners work smoothly, everything was clean. There are many seating options and also sun loungers, so ideal also for a relaxing day in the house. The Eucalyptus Allee in Kolymbia is only about 10 minutes away by foot. The house in general is great and corresponds completely to the description, also the host was very quickly accessible and helped with all questions. Would definitely recommend and come back too!:)

We had a great stay at the home. It fully lived up to the photos on Airbnb and we especially enjoyed the heated pool and the entire outdoor area with barbecue, sofa, and cozy dining area. The kitchen is functional and well equipped, and there was plenty of room for the six of us in the home. I highly recommend this home - and the rest of the family agrees!

From the first second we felt like at home. Anthoula is incredibly warm and the well-being of her guests is incredibly important to her. She always had an open ear and also pampered us with Greek delicacies. It was a wonderful holiday. Thank you Anthoula ❤️

Perfect week soaking in the beautiful sea views and sunrises. Panos’s place is ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The villa had everything we needed and more. Panos had left us a lovely welcome hamper of snacks for when we arrived. And was in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. Being just on the outskirts of Lindos meant we were away from the hustle and bustle of Lindos, but only a five minute taxi or bus ride away. Having a car is ideal, but we managed without one. Panos has a local taxi number (tell them you are opposite Lindos Athena Villa, near Lindos Mare Hotel). I already miss waking up to the view from the bay window of the sun rising with a cuppa. Thanks Panos, our stay here was just what we needed!

I would give this 6 stars if I could. We had the most amazing time as a group of six girls, couldn’t recommend this place and this host more! The rooms were very generous in size with a gorgeous pool and plenty of eating and sunbathing spaces. There were drinks and nibbles waiting for us when we arrived and the place was spotless! The host was incredible and made our stay all the more seamless. She booked our transfers to and from the airport, provided plenty of local recommendations and sorted a taxi for us to Rhodes old town. And she even allowed late check out on request due to our flight being later in the day. Perfect for a group of six looking for a fun and relaxing villa that is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Great location with a shop and restaurants close by.

It's a lovely place. This place is away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It's a good idea to rent a car or take a local bus. shop and pizzeria can be found within walking distance. there's no better place to be. we also got airport transfers ready. Thanks ❤️

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sandra’s villa! The villa itself is flawless, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Everything you need is conveniently close by—a brand-new supermarket, a gorgeous beach just a two-minute drive away, and a fresh fruit stand down the hill. It was simply perfect. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Villa for 11 days. We felt right at home when we came in. Everything was a bit nicer and better than we had hoped. Our kids loved the pool. We parents have the sea view including sunrise from the first floor and the squares around the pool. The location is very central if you are traveling by car (Thank you again for organizing the rental car). Everything practical is available and has been completely sufficient for our needs. The landlords are also very nice. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent 10 very nice days at Casa Bonita. The house is very well equipped and is close to the stand of Afantou where we were swimming every day in the beautiful, clean water. The time there was great!

We are still enjoying two very relaxing weeks in this magical place. It's such a special place that you can't actually describe it. The garden, the surroundings with the many delicious restaurants, the cottage, the sea in front of the door and the contact with Anna and Panos. We can come back at home in the Netherlands, but we certainly hope to come back to this unique place!

This place was perfect for our holiday with friends. It’s only a few minutes walk to the beach and tavernas. It is up a little hill but as I said it’s only for a few minutes. Inside was spotless and the lady who takes care of it is lovely and helped in any way she could. The little garden is shaded and very comfortable to sit and chill. Beds super cumfy and mosquito nets on windows and doors. Kitchen supplied with everything we needed. All the local people in tavernas and shops are super friendly.

Fabulous location- 2 minutes stroll to the main beach & a short uphill walk to the centre of the village. Comfortable beds,clean sheets & towels. The mezzanine bed has access by steep wooden stairs so might be a bit tricky for a person with mobility problems as is the walk up steps to the village. the property is exactly as described and Avtlyon was extremely responsive to any questions - fabulous host. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again and recommend.

We stayed at Nikol's for 9 nights. and had a fabulous time. It had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the lounge furniture has been updated from what the photos show. The outside space was amazing. Sunbeds, outdoor seating and patio table and chairs. The BBQ was fabulous and we enjoyed several evenings on the terrace overlooking the beach. Stegna is a perfect holiday location, great beach with fabulous snorkeling, perfect place for paddleboarding and exploring the coastline, lovely walks over the hillside to other beaches. We hired a car so explored further afield as well as enjoying the peace and quiet of beautiful Stegna. Thank you Nikol for sharing your wonderful house.

I had the most fantastic 9 nights in haraki .. the apartment is perfectly located directly across the pedestrian walkway straight onto the most beautiful beach. For me, paradise to wake every morning to the view and sound of the sea! To swim everyday before breakfast and then to sit outside on the patio to enjoy! The apartment is a good size and had everything for my stay, including a full size fridge/freezer and stove/cooker. I found the (back entrance) to the flat easily enough with Nikos’ instructions, but I have been to haraki many times and know the layout .. maybe not so easy if you don’t know the area, and you arrive in the dark! Restaurants all very good, with a fantastic selection for everyone, and easy to walk to. Also 2/3 small supermarkets for basics but there are some larger ones within 10 mins drive. Bed comfortable, if you prefer firm, although a side table/lamp would have been preferable instead of bright main light. Maybe some updating needed but overall fab!

Afandou is a a hidden gem, with a large beach with activities at either end and the middle is left for you to enjoy either on a sun bed you rent or bring your own. There are a couple of beach cafes to get refreshments and food and a great Taverna for the evening. Charlotte is a brilliant host, her recommendations were spot on and I would suggest you go with her rental car company suggestion. They were very helpful and we managed to get a car the next day for the duration of our holiday. Charlotte was welcoming and checked in on us both on arrival and during the stay. Her home is exactly that, a home, as soon as you drop your case in the door you feel relaxed and know you will enjoy your stay. The beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. The welcome pack was great so you had the basics until you were settled in and ready to explore. I would say that a car is needed only if you want to explore the island.

I can simply sum up -- the only reason someone would ever give Nicholas's place a less than perfect review is they are hoping to drive away other AirBnB guests so they can rebook more time! This AirBnB was perfect in it's matching the photos, without exception. We could not have picked a more perfect location (high end resorts included!) for our 10 day stay in Rhodes. We were greeted with incredible hospitality and kindness and we had a magical stay. We will be back! Guaranteed! Thank you for everything Nickolas!
