Very pleasant stay, you can all walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Victoria was very responsive whenever we had any questions.

When I arrived the apartment was immaculate and Annita had kindly left some water and drinks in the fridge- it was welcome after a long flight and quite late at night when I arrived- she also left some coffee and milk- very thoughtful Throughout the stay she contacted me to ask if all was OK and if I needed anything A really excellent host

This villa is spectacular. Beautifully designed inside and, in particular, outside. The level of sophistication extends to the glassware, cutlery and facilities inside and out. This is the perfect family villa. Do take note that there are only 6 beds (3 queens and 3 kids bunk beds) catering for 9 people - not 9 beds as advertised. We had to book a second villa to cater for our full group as a result. That said, we highly recommend this villa for families - it is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb and we will definitely be returning.

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

big house amazing location literally steps from the beach house itself needs renovation for example kitchen is outdated and especially bathrooms no walk in showers and basement bedrooms smell of toilet urine leak we only used uper rooms we moved a couch to more comfortable position and under the couch was very dirty towels were bleached out and smelled of bleach but those are not huge problems our stay was pleasant if this few things are tackled it would be 10 out of 10

Beautiful, clean, top equipped villa in prime location! We would come back any time! Super nice host! Everything was perfect :) The host is extremely helpful with issues and questions, and you feel cared for. Everything was extremely clean, the bathroom and toilet freshly renovated, the kitchen perfectly equipped and air conditioning in every room. By foot it is, through the garden gate, 30-60 seconds to the beach. In 5 minutes walk you can reach the first supermarket, chic restaurants and bars. By car it takes about 20 minutes to get to Ayia Napa and 50 minutes to Larnaca airport. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and the beach promenade invites you to walk or jog (very long :)). The "garden" is beautiful with a really big pool, comfortable loungers and there is even a small barbecue. Every two days someone comes to the pool maintenance. We felt completely comfortable and would come back at any time! Thank you :)

The villa was beautiful, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. A spacious and fully equipped house in a quiet location. The pool and amazing weather throughout the stay were the icing on the cake. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended for families with children.

We were upgraded to another villa also with pool a few doors down the beach (so this review can't really apply to the house it comes under which we didn't stay at ) However no. 19 on the same street had a lovely set up; modern and well built house with fans/AC/Black-outs/3 showers (1 outdoor), very bright and openplan downstairs area; big patio. Pool area slippery when wet; attention for toddlers. Lovely location; overlooking sea; short walk to nice beaches & several restaurants; excellent coastal path on doorstep. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking and safe compound. Responsive host.

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

Very convenient location, spacious homelike feel to the place, very helpful host, private parking provided, and the outside patio was also a very nice surprise to find in the busy area of Pernera.

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was exactly as described and location was perfect as everything only a short walk away. It was lovely to be able to use the hotel pool/gym and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming. Julia was very responsive to any questions we had and promptly acted when there was a small issue during our stay. All in all the villa was just perfect for us. Thank you Julia 😃

Our group of 8 including children had a brilliant 9 night stay. The house itself has all the basics. Showers and the bbq were particularly good. Location is excellent for a quiet family holiday; walking distance to Ayia Thekla beach which is perfect for younger kids who like to paddle. The restaurant there is also lovely and family friendly (onsite play area). We had cars so we could explore further but there is enough within walking distance to do without one if you want a very local, quiet holiday.

An excellent stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally kind and truly heartwarming. Every request we had was met with a smile. The house was fully equipped and felt like home. The location is perfect, with everything accessible and within walking distance. We will definitely return!

We are lost for words on the description of this beautiful villa. We stayed as a group of 6 adults and 1 baby, for our daughter's wedding in Cyprus. The villa was outstanding! it was so private and absolutely stunning with a dreamy ocean view that we loved waking up to each morning for coffee and a swim. The villa was spotless and as described. Maria was amazing at communicating at all times and we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone, and will be staying again . Genuinely a gem of a find and perfect on every way.

This appartment has everything one could need for a family vacation. Irene is also a great and helpful host. The area around the appartment complex is somewhat quiet. There are few (good) restaurants etc around. You will need a car to get to any nicer places.

Great find for that location. Apartment has great access to the beach which is quite rare in this area, some great restaurants and bars are within a 1-2 minute walk. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and you can get access to hotel next door and use their facilities. Annabelle was the prefect host. Responded to almost all messages immediately, super helpful with anything we asked and went out of her way to assist us in any way. 100% would recommend

Very happy with our stay! Warm welcome with fruits and drinks in the fridge was very much appreciated after a long flight with two toddlers! We had some trouble finding the place through the map pinned on Airbnb, so maybe make sure to ask for the proper address before checking in. It got sorted quickly after we contacted Elena. For us, the highlight was the beautiful garden with lots of places to play and sit in different areas, and our children enjoyed the inflatable pool which was ready for them when we arrived. The house had everything we needed for the kids; cot, high chair etc. Nice beach 10 minute walk, where you can enjoy calm sea, perfect for children! We very much appreciated having a car here, so we could explore, but plenty of buses leaving just outside the house, so public transportation seems good!

The apartment was great and matched the description. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with cooking facilities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location is excellent, with a coastal path linking the area to shops, restaurants, and clubs just a short walk away. Fig Tree Bay and the entertainment area are to the left, while quiet, beautiful beaches are 15 minutes’ walk to the right. The complex pool gets sun most of the day, and the site team maintains the water quality daily. The complex sun-loungers are rarely full, though be aware, they can tip slightly when seated upright. If you are an early bird, the balcony offers stunning sunrise views across the bay. The balcony gets the sun all day, with dual-aspect windows providing a cool breeze. Air conditioning is also available. Craig was a great host, with excellent communication and spot-on directions. We’d happily book his apartment again if we return to Protaras.

Irina has a wonderful apartment that had plenty of room for 4 adults, a clean and complete facility, and an excellent proximity to the warm blue waters of Nissi Beach. The back yard with bbq and pool were well maintained and enjoyable. We had many questions and Irina was always helpful and quick to respond. A strong recommendation if you will be visiting Agia Napa!

Very nice house with everything you need as base camp for snorkling from the Mimosa beach (few minutes walk) or Green bay (less than 10 minuter walk). We met sea turtles almost everything day :)

We loved the house and it’s exactly as pictured. It’s in a great location - very convenient, and also within minutes from the beach and a beautiful walk along the seafront. Checkin was super easy and George messaged every few days to check we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this house and we’d love to stay there agin.
