Andréa was very kind, polite and agile in communication. The kitnet is very clean, organized and has everything for your stay. The condominium offers 24-hour concierge, which provides a lot of security. There's also an elevator and cart for you to take your luggage to the kitnet. It has a game room with pool table and foosball. To go to the beach, just cross the street. I recommend the property to everyone.

Well-equipped studio, very well planned, clean, with a wonderful view facing the SEA with a barbecue and table on the balcony, I took my pet and she loved the balcony! We loved the stay we went with family, safe place, two blocks from the beach, we went out for dinner on the waterfront and went to visit other nearby beaches we loved the reception, his Paulo a love of person helped us in everything he needed. Safe parking, the house accommodated 9 people being 7 adults and 2 days children, we love the living room space that is very broad for the family, a place close to the Ipanema beach, we would definitely return.

Matilde was very attentive with us, from booking to doubts that we had in progress. Hospedagem was quiet, the space is very cool and airy. Gaivotas beach is very beautiful too, being very close to the condominium possible to walk. The condominium pool is an attractive part of it mainly for children. We love it!

Edna is a sweetheart. The apartment was extremely clean and fragrant. As in the description, it's all very simple, but all brand new to better serve us. Very powerful fans, comfortable beds, great kitchen utensils including electric kettle, blender and Air fryer. Good TV and internet with excellent connection. The bathroom is in the laundry room, which is open, but that doesn't interfere with anything, it's well protected in the back of the apartment. The apartment is close to everything, including the Ipanema boardwalk. I recommend the stay. We were very well installed and will certainly be back.

As for the city of Matinhos and Caiobá, they still leave to be desired in some respects as places to eat, parking and beauty of the city, but it is noticeable that it is improving each year, along with Guaratuba, the potential to match the country's large coastal cities. Finally, I highlight here the attractions of the condominium (pools, blocks, etc.) that amused my family a lot and the only negative aspect was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning that did not hinder our stay, but caught the attention in a bad way.
