Charming & Cozy in the Heart of Boalsburg Village

Situated in the heart of our Historic Village District, this lovely second floor apartment overlooks Main St. and is spacious but very cozy. Your host, Ken, takes care of the place and is very fussy about cleanliness but not charging a cleaning fee. Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe. We love it here and so will you! Jackson Mountain Getaway

3 bedroom apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. They also made a new bike trail. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 32" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.

Since you are in the heart of Amish country there is home cooking and baking nearby! The area boasts of several antique shops as well. The lower level apartment you will have to yourself. It has a separate entrance from the main level. This level features a gas fireplace, large master bedroom and partial kitchen.

Beautiful guest suite 5 blocks from PSU campus!

Our guest suite is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 5 blocks from the north end of campus, about a five minute walk to Pattee Library and 15 minute walk to downtown. This is the perfect place for the solo traveler or couples. The space includes a private entrance, one bedroom with a custom cherry desk space, wifi, large living area including a high top table with two chairs and a full bathroom.

Penn State getaway. One mile from campus and downtown. An easy walk and easier Uber to everything State College and Penn State. Beaver Stadium, Allen Street Grill, The Phyrst, The Creamery, and shopping are all within walking distance. Apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed and the couch is a day-bed with a pull out underneath if extra beds are needed.
