Absolutely lovely cottage in a lovely location! It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. Kim gave us very clear instructions on how to find the cottage, along with lots of recommendations of things to do! The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need for cooking, the only thing we would change would be having salt and pepper shakers rather than sachets. We really enjoyed the different flavoured coffees! We really enjoyed the local area- the local pub is a 3 minute walk away, and we also visited the local shop. We walked along the canal from the village to Crickhowell, which was a very easy and beautiful route! If we had stayed longer we would have made use of the bike hire in the village. The only thing we would have added would have been some board games/card games for when the weather isn’t on side! We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely come again. Thank you, Kim.

Hot tub with exceptional view! Extremely responsive host and nothing was too much trouble. Easter eggs were a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thank you very much for a wonderful few days.

We were very impressed with Old Forge Cottage and it really felt like a home from home. Zoe had thought of everything! Even the dog felt very welcome! With family in Ross we hope to make this a base again one day.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect as it was easy walking distance to the centre of Cardiff. Despite being so central the street was extremely quiet. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Cardiff. Exceptional value.

Lovely little cabin in the middle of the Wye valley. You could leave and explore surrounding grounds but the farm itself is huge and has many enchanted paths to discover. Beautiful weekend. Mike was super friendly and a brilliant host!

James was very responsive and accommodating. His accommodation was as described and he was very welcoming. Will stay here again should the opportunity arise.

We booked The Stables, The Hophouse and The Loft for our wedding party. All 3 were excellent. We would highly recommend staying here, in particular if you’re getting married locally, such as at Bredenbury Court Barns. Sarah was a great and responsive host - thank you again!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay, we nipped to the brewery quarter which was less than a 5 minute walk, and came back to cook, and spent the evening in enjoying our time. We were looking for a secluded stay surrounded by nature and we certainly got it! The apartment is cosy, well decorated and spotless. The hamper and hot tub were well worth the extra cost. The hamper was great for breakfast, especially as there isn't a grocery shop nearby. The wood fired hot tub was a special addition and it's secluded meaning ultimate privacy. The views were breathtaking and the host's were attentive and communicative. Just be wary that the road leading to the apartment is narrow and challenging if you are not used to driving in the deep countryside. We thought it was great value for money and would stay here again!
