This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Located in uptown Athens near all local shops, eating, drinking and campus. This spacious apartment is located on the second floor of Flats on Carpenter at the top of North Court Street. Two parking spots provided on site for convenience. 60” TV with WiFi only-no cable. You will have to utilize your own streaming accounts. NOTE: The exterior siding is being replaced June-Sept. 2024. Due to the exterior removal, street noise is louder.

Large 3 bedroom apartment with lots of living space. 3 separate bedrooms provide privacy for guests. Master bedroom features ADJUSTABLE King sized bed with both massaging capabilities and phone charging ports. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. The apartment has a large back deck that leads to off street parking with enough room for 3 cars. 10 minutes from Uptown Athens and Ohio University. Hocking Hills is a short 25 min. scenic drive.

Triple Nickel Getaway is a country setting approximately halfway between Athens and Marietta along beautiful state route 555 in Washington County. We renovated this beautiful 1920's home and part of the renovation was the apartments. It's a welcoming cozy apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Purple’s Little Apartment.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located on Richland Ave, this small one bedroom is less than a half mile to OU’s Convocation center & 1 mile to uptown Athens. Freshly remodeled, everything new, and sits right above Purple Chopstix—one of Athens Best local restaurants (closes early, noise is not a problem!) Attentive owners. Great place for a couple, visiting professionals, or just a solo getaway to this beautiful town.
