Lovely and bright one-bedroom apartment 65sqm , 2ndfloor in the 1700s house, in the heart of the historic center of Parma, adjacent birthplace Arturo Toscanini Museum, Minimarket 30 meters, 100 meters from the Doge Park, 5 min. walk from the Pilotta and 10 from the Teatro Regio, Duomo, Battistero, Piazza Garibaldi, EFSA and train station. It consists of a living room with double sofa bed and balcony, double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, laundry room, laundry room, independent heating and air conditioning.

The apartment is really bright, newly renovated and situated in a calm neighbourhood, very close to the old town centre, to Cittadella park and to "La Galleria". The area has a good public transportation system with connections to the train station and all other areas of the city, including exposition area (fair area) and airport. The accommodation is well suited for couples, groups, families and work related travels. Clean sheets and towels are regularly provided.
