Villa holiday rentals in Paros

Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, modern and beautiful. Valentina was lovely, she is one of the people helping take care/manage the property. She met us upon our arrival and provided local recommendations. She also checked in a few times throughout our stay to ensure everything is ok. I would definitely stay again. One thing to note is that the property did not have any soap, paper towels or some other basic necessities. Water was also not provided, which is not required of course, but other properties we’ve stayed at usually had a bottle or 2 of water for us since we didn’t have time to go shopping before arriving to the Airbnb after our long travel day. Having some water in the fridge even 1 bottle would’ve been a nice touch.

We had a party of 4 couples for 5 nights and loved our time at this villa. We all had our own bathrooms and bedrooms, and while the indoor living area wasn’t massive, it was more than made up with the great outdoor spaces. We walked to dinner each night comfortably, we used both the pool and the sea which was a quick walk away. Sunrises were spectacular over the water and Dorothea and her Mom left us with a bottle of wine and some other goodies. They also made sure we had supplies for a BBQ and have us great recommendations for local restaurants. I hope we have an opportunity to return - would highly recommend if you’re after a lovely villa in a quieter part of Paros, where you can experience genuine Greek hospitality.

Between the 2 couples staying there it was the best Airbnb we had collectively ever experienced (in over 50 places). Really outstanding! The only thing more beautiful than the house and the VIEWS was our friendly welcoming host, Danae, who gave us many ideas of things to do. The house is well provisioned, beautifully appointed, spacious. Can’t say enough how much we loved it!

We stayed for six nights in July 2024 at this wonderful house. We had four small children with us and they arranged for three quality baby cribs to be set up upon our arrival. Communication was excellent leading up to and during our stay. Check-in was seamless. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The location is excellent, close to organized beaches, fuel, coffee, and a supermarket. You will need a car though as the house is off the main road down a well-maintained dirt road. The house has a spectacular outdoor space with beautiful sunsets every night. The view of the sea and Antiparos is absolutely amazing. The house has ample parking. This is a collection of villas so there will be others around but they have separate areas and we had minimal interaction with them. Overall it is quite private and this was a non-issue. I really have nothing negative to say about our experience. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

We had to book it at the very last minute as we had a bad experience in our planned stay. Nico’s was very responsive for any of my questions since the beginning. The house is worth every penny. Great pool, nice and cozy garden, very spacious house with enough rooms for all of us as a group of 11 people. They also provided a house helper who comes every day and cleaned each room. She waited in the garden until we wake up regardless of the time without disturbing us. She was very polite and I hope they keep her. The location is very close to Parikia- 20 minutes of walk or have your car which was what we did.

We had an incredible stay in Naxos! Our hosts were so accommodating, and went out of their way to provide us with recommendations and check in on how we were doing. The location was perfect, minutes from the beach, restaurants, and little markets. It was also about 15 minutes from the Naxos town center, but we preferred this location so we could be close to the beach and in a quieter spot. The rooms themselves were very clean, and we loved the outdoor spaces! As five girls traveling, we felt incredibly safe and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone interested in visiting Naxos!

ILI Villa was a lovely home to be living in throughout our fabulous stay on Naxos. From start to finish Alexia was very responsive and Silvana couldn’t do enough for us whilst we were there. The Villa is very well equipped & stocked. Such a nice touch that the essential grocers were there for us on arrival, including a bottle of wine - Yamas to you ladies. The Villa is in walking distance to Plaka Beach and all the lovely restaurants that can be found there. Our visit was coming to the end of the season and so we enjoyed the chilled atmosphere but we can also imagine what a buzz there is there in high season. The local bus was very reliable that takes you into Naxos Town which is also a must - with various connections to take you to various destinations across the island. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Beautiful house as beautiful as Île de Paros. The sunsets are stunning!😍 Elena is a very attentive host who knows how to be at your disposal at any time to advise you and make your stay very pleasant! Elena's place for scuba diving is just fantastic!!! Absolutely if you pass on this beautiful island of Greece. You may need a quad or scooter or car to get to the house, but Elena knows how to manage everything for her guests! Visiting the island by quad bike was a great adventure.🌞 Thanks for everything 🙏we really enjoyed Paros and the beautiful souls met!❤ I would recommend this airbnb to all guests who want to dream about Paros Island. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Every room has an en suite bathroom and is extremely hygienic. The property has a great view, pool, and lounges for all guests. The host is very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend!

Cycladic Stay in Paros was the nicest air bnb I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The pictures look exactly like the place, the views are stunning. Michaelis the host was very responsive and helpful. The villa is ~20 min from nauossa and close to many other places worth visiting. We were lucky to be able to stay here during our time in paros!

Couldn’t ask for a better holiday! We made ourselves home quickly in this villa as it had everything we needed, and even daily cleaning services, which was a really nice touch. I also liked that we had unobstructed views of the stunning l sunrise and sunset every day at our doorstep. The villa is located at a quieter area of Paros, but still a walking distance to restaurants and a short drive away from the island’s pristine beaches. I’d recommend anyone seeking some peace and quiet to stay at Piso Livadi, and specifically at this lovely property. Thank you Yannis for being such a lovely host and making sure we had everything we need for a comfortable stay!

A beautiful house! Very clean and well organized. Host paid attention to detail. The indoor and outdoor spaces were incredible. The host was extremely accommodating to both check in and check out and we were really so appreciative. You definitely need to have a car to get around. Sofia who met us at the house was so friendly!

This property well exceeded our expectations!! It was absolutely stunning, spacious and had everything we needed as a group and more. The hosts really went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They communicated early to ensure we were prepped for our stay, met us at the port and escorted us to the property (as well as helping us return to the port on checkout with our luggage), the host also gave us a tour of the property on arrival and had even left us with some essentials like water + snacks to get started. They came to tidy up, refresh towels and collect garbage halfway through the stay. The house itself is just absolutely stunning & the view is to die for. We all agreed this was the best Air Bnb experience we've ever had. Can't recommend it enough!

Our stay at Nikos’ home exceeded our expectations on every level! It was even better than the photos showed…it’s a showplace of wonder, full of artwork and beauty at every turn! This isn’t a house…it’s a HOME! We were so comfortable, slept well, and loved waking up to the glorious sounds of the sea. Nikos went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We truly felt like he wanted us to have a great, memorable family holiday. (Which we certainly did!) Words can’t explain the beauty of the peninsula…we will never forget the spectacular sunset walks, as the world unfolded before our eyes! We had lovely family meals, and we so enjoyed laughing and telling stories around the kitchen table. What fun it was playing (many) rounds of pool and tennis! The terraces are second to none…they’re everywhere…and there’s always a place to absorb the sun (or shade!) Perfect stay in a perfectly beautiful home, with the perfect host! Thank you Nikos!

Nemos place was top notch! We got a little lost finding the place because we didn’t follow his directions. Make sure you follow the directions he gives you. The house is close enough to the town to walk but we rented a car so we could explore the island. Nemos father checked us in and he gave us amazing recommendations regarding where to eat and where to explore. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time relaxing outside. We also loved the cats that came to visit us. If you’ve never been to Greece before be prepared to see cats everywhere. I highly recommend this home, Nemo and his father were excellent hosts! We would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 8 and really enjoyed our stay in the house! Every room has an en suite bathroom and the common and outside area are very spacious and accommodating for a big group! The views from the terrace are beautiful and there is a lovely beach just a 20 min walk away. A cleaner comes every day so even with a big group the place remained super clean!

An amazing week at Alina’s villa! Alina and Nikos were such great hosts, they greeted us as we arrived and we’d had a bit of a disaster with our suitcases not arriving in Paros, so Alina very kindly drove us down to the supermarket to get some shopping! I would recommend hiring a car as the nearest shop is about 40 mins walk away and you can’t see the bus times for the stops near the villa. We did manage to make friends with a taxi driver who was our main way of getting to Paros and Naousa. The villa was amazing particularly the outside space and pool area where we spent 90% of our time. You get the view of the sunset over the sea every night which is spectacular! Everything was clean and tidy and Nikos even popped round a couple of times with fresh fruit from their garden which was a lovely touch. Alina checked in with us throughout the week and also arranged housekeeping halfway through the stay so we had fresh bed linen and towels. The 3 bedrooms have A/C which was welcomed for the hot nights! All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we’d highly recommend anyone to come here! It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy good food, wine and company with a few trips out to the nearby towns and beaches. Thank you Alina!

This is where you want to stay if you’re coming to visit Naxos! Only a 2 min walk to the most beautiful beach, 5-15 min walk to a ton of fantastic restaurants and a quick taxi ride into the port area. The villa itself is completely luxurious, with phenomenal up keep to the property, and the pool is so wonderful when the weather is very hot. The kitchen has everything you could need, and there is a grocery store within 10 mins as well. Couldn’t recommended staying here more. The hosts are also so accommodating and helpful! We’re hoping to be back!

We had a fantastic time at this house, the inside is nice and modern and the outside area is very large with multiple areas to relax in, the view is incredible for sunsets. The shared pool is also very big and never very busy. I would highly recommend for a family with young children if you do not want to worry about a pool being right on your terrace. The location is nice and calm but still very close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Lemonia's home. It is just 10-15 away from the main port and some of the best beaches. You do need a vehicle to travel to and from the home. The home itself still feels brand new and is located overlooking the city and the beaches with some beautiful views. Kwstas welcomed us to the home and provided us with all the attention and information we needed. We definitely would stay again.

The sray in this stunning, spacious and comfortable home made for a perfect holiday. The host was there at beginning and end of stay. The pictures do not do the home justice. It has beautiful grounds, view and pool. There is parking for several cars. The beach is gorgeous and minutes away. The drive there seems hard at first; however, its Greece. From town, we found it easier to put our GPS to Mikri Vigla beach and recalulate from there. We definately plan on returning to this gem of a place!!!

We had a great stay! The villa is well designed and comfortable, and has a spectacular view of the sea. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

We have absolutely loved our time at Villa Athina. Athina, Giorgos, and the whole crew have made us feel so welcome. The villas are perfect for small families, the pool is awesome and we have spent loads of time on the beach and at the family restaurant which has delicious and affordable food. The internet works well, which was important as we have needed to work. So happy we picked this for our longest stay on the trip!

Georgia’s place was awesome! Had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay so much! Georgia was very helpful and she also took the time to find a missing item of ours after we left and return it. Fabulous place, would go back!
