Hospedei in the apartment from December 5 to 8, 2024. The host is sensational. Educado, helpful, responded quickly to all questions, made excellent suggestions and responded to any modifications that were necessary. It exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very comfortable and very well located. The building has very polite and helpful doormen. Of course, if I have a chance, I will be staying in this property again in RJ.

Spend a month in this beautiful place! Very grateful, and everything as explained and specified. Very fluid communication with the owners of the apartment, very friendly employees of the place. The only thing I can highlight to improve is the air conditioning, since there are only in the rooms and the living room and kitchen sometimes it gets too hot. Saving that.. Everything's excellent! Very friendly and friendly ❤️

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

The apartment matches the photos. Very spacious and with fans in the ceilings of the rooms. The building is well located, so it is easy to order Ifood and also to pick up Uber. It is very close to the bus and barque terminal, which greatly speeds the locomotion. Stevan was always very helpful and always responded quickly, we thank you very much for your attention.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is in the heart of Copacabana. Very easy access to everything. The apartment is excellent. Very comfortable and with all amenities. As shown in the photos. The balcony view is spectacular. The host was quick to communicate if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

My stay was great. the house of Mr. João is very comfortable. There's everything we need. A wonderful air conditioner, freezing . Flexible CHECK-IN. Joao is a great host, a guy grade 10 , of an out-of-the-ordinary education and attention. I highly recommend it .

Gabriel is an excellent host: communication was always fluid and kind, he was always flexible with us and allowed to have the most wonderful stay in his house, that is a pure piece of heaven in Sao Conrado. Obrigada por tudo!

Cláudia was super helpful to prepare the house for our arrival. The condominium is well located and the access was made quietly. Positive point for absolute quiet. The house is very well equipped, with air conditioning, barbecue and a full kitchen. I recommend it 100%.

What an incredible place! The house is so pretty, well equipped, comfortable and situated on the bank of a gorgeous nook of Rio. We were away from the hubbub of Rio but were able to easily access it with Bianca and Leo's clear instructions, shared contacts and the regular stream of boats. Bianca and Leo are the best hosts. True gems, they warmly welcomed us on arrival, helped us with all of our questions and readily helped with any issues that we had. We also particularly loved the hot tub, the bbq, the comfortable beds, the cold AC and the Tijuca beach. We'll be back!

Casa cozy , very good . For those who want rest is a paradise ! Host responds with agility . Casaeiro Moacir always proactive to assist us. The house exceeded expectations , my family liked it very much !

Jeanne is a delight, super helpful with local things to do and restaurant recommendations. Her house is accurately described and the view is even better. It’s up some steps but they are well detailed in the listing and not that bad. The inside is not ideal for small kids because of the steps to the loft but for our family of 3 was ideal. Outside it’s a short walk to the little beach which is the best we found, and Sheraton hotel or into Leblon for their awesome restaurant selection, beach and shops. Ubers are plentiful and cheap so easy to get to other areas of Rio. Well recommended!

Very complete apartment. So cute that it was everything I didn't have a mishap. And it was like being at home. The holidays flew. And we enjoyed them.

The apartment is well complete, good bed, good shower, air-conditioning in the bedroom, great fridge. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Easy access to the beach but by a significant staircase important highlight for those who have difficulty getting around, children by lap. The entrance to the building is also by ramp or staircase, if you are without a car, pay attention to the mobility. And the access to the apartment is also by stairs but on the first floor. Pedro is punctual, helpful, attentive and responded with agility

Ligia was amazing! She was very helpful and guided us as we needed. She is a good host and her place is near the beach, bars, restaurants , grocery store and more. Great experience! She is a positive person and try her best to make guest happy. We will be back!

Very nice the complex and the facilities I had, pools, spa area, games and activities for boys, food area within the complex. We were greeted by José and showed us the entire complex very kindly. While the beaches are not close by, the place has all the conveniences to stay inside. Highly recommended.

Ella’s place was better than advertised. The apartment was beautiful with a break taking view of the beach. I highly recommend her apartment to everyone. Thanks Ella for a wonderful experience.

Excellent oceanfront apartment, beautiful views and Danielle her host is very nice. I was all equipped and even had a sunshade and curative for the beach. One of the elevators didn't work and that caused delays in getting up and down to the apartment (30th floor) but the rest was all great! Highly recommended and would definitely be back !

Excellent everything, the location, the cleanliness, the super equipped apartment., nicer than expected and Carlos super attentive and friendly I highly recommend it and next year we will rent it again
