Beautiful spacious and comfortable apartment located one block from the Museum of Villa and Alvarado Palace. One block from the courthouses and Doroteo shopping plaza. It has a double bed, dining room, TV (43 in) cable, internet, they fit very well two people in the double bed and one person on the sofa. The apartment is on the upper floor of the house (see photos). It has a living/dining room, a bedroom, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, bathroom and separate shower.

The place has a strategic location: it will be very easy to plan your visit!, it is a restored colonial building, you can reach on foot to tourist places of great historical interest, such as the Palacio Alvarado, Pabellón Revolucionario and Museums. It has a common area with kitchen, dining room and a double sofa bed, in the room you will find a kingsize bed and a single sofa bed. You can find parking in the street.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. It has an excellent location It is 5 minutes from walmart and Sam's en carro. Also 8 minutes from IMSS And 10 minutes from downtown It has quick access to the short track, to the road. The time gate is a 5 min drive. Excellent for going and having a pleasant time with the family.
