Holiday rentals in Parrot Cay

We had a great stay! Location is great! And they are a low maintenance host! Everything in the condo works great and the building is beautiful.

Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Best beach area and we walked and drove all over checking out other areas. Perfect spot and beach chairs closer to ocean than other resorts, which was nice. The place had everything we needed. We did a snorkel tour and a jet ski tour and both were great. Ate at The Farm, Las Brisas, The Pelican, Coco Bistros, CocoVan, Hemmingway’s, and Grace Bay Grill. All were fantastic. Having a car was a great idea. We were able to explore the island more. We had so much fun on the snorkel tour that we bought snorkel equipment and went to three other locations. So fun! Already planning our next trip.

We just got back from a week's stay at Crayton's property and we have never felt more relaxed after a vacation. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful and all of the villas are stunning - they look exactly like the pictures. The two pools make you feel like you are at your own private resort and I cannot even get started on the beach. Absolutely gorgeous and just steps away from the villas. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were set up for us each morning and it felt like our own private island. This place is definitely a boutique property with a calm atmosphere. It's the perfect place to come if you are just looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos. Local restaurants are just a short walk away and the grocery store is a quick drive, making this location even more desirable. We cannot wait to come back next year!! Beautiful home, pictures do not do any justice! House is near everything and the host was great with communication. House was stocked with towels for pool and for use in the home. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great five days here. We rented both cottages and they were perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was nice, plenty of outdoor seating, the kayaks were fun, the location was quiet. It is about 20 minutes from Grace Bay area, but you can't access Grace Bay unless you are stying along the water. We did go to dinner overnight in that area and we did not think it was an issue. There is a beach less than a 5 minute walk away with chairs and umbrellas to rent, but we preferred another more quiet, beautiful beach with shallow water about a 2 minute drive away. A car is needed. Coolers are in each unit, chairs and beach towels provided. the laundry was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend.

Quiet spot and a great location. Would recommend and would stay again! Lovely screened porch and well-functioning AC inside. BYO-soap and shampoo for the shower as none is provided.
