Ricky and his team did a very good job, Easy explanation, The apartment is 3 bedroom, just next to Kelantan river, just next tu IBIS Hotel, parking is 2nd floor and convenient, next to the lift. Pool required proper swimming attire. Netflix and PS 4 is working fine, got a few games with cd. Will be again at this place

At first I didn't expect the place to be above shoplot and I was expecting it was a landed house. However the house was spotless clean and the host is very responsive. During our 8 nights stay the wind and rain was crazy hence the house was flooded with lots of water coming in. What impressed me is the host never avoid taking full responsibilities and keep apologizing to us and even wanted to treat us dinner and accommodate us to another Airbnb at their own costs. Things happened but I love the way they handle things. But I'll need to say that we're staying at 1st floor of shoplot instead of the landed house. The house is superbly clean and great location. Very convenient to travel around. We're concerned on the safety of the unit but turns out it was pretty ok because the host purposely switch on lights so that it's not dark. And Dobi & 7-11 is beneath the Airbnb so very convenient. Anything happened also got Clinic below your Airbnb

I was on holiday with my family. There were 4 of us. The apartment was spacious enough and we were not in each other space. The view from the balcony is superb. You can watch the sunset from Kelantan River. The host is responsive. I wasted a mosquito spray because of the rain, I think we had some bug that escaped in, the host was super fast. When I got back after lunch the spray is by the front door. Otherwise, I highly recommend this apartment when you are on holiday in Kota Bharu. PS Internet is also good.
