Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Patillas

We never wanted to leave! Can’t say enough about how amazing this house is - from the spectacular pool to the comfy beds, great A/C, ample supply of linens. The beaches that were walkable were not our preferred for swimming, but there were several within a short drive that were spectacular - and completely empty. A car is a must!

I was extremely pleased with the place. It was clean and spacious. Leiza responded in a timely manner to address and assist me with any question or concern. The place was beautiful and well kept. Only thing I wish is that for my next visit the hot water be adjusted. It was only warm. I personally prefer hot showers. But other than that, I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Leiza.

Nice quite area your able to hear the coqui at night and wake up to the roosters in the morning. Great home .

We spent nearly one month at Jessica’s condo. We truly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the sounds of the ocean waves. The condo was comfortable and provided us with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio. We did our own cooking so the outdoor grill was an additional option. We loved using the beach towels, mats and chairs when we visited other beaches . A truly wonderful stay!

Had a wonderful stay! Loved having a private pool and beach access. You can see the ocean perfectly from the back porch as you drink your coffee! Wi-Fi was fast and having a/c in each room was great. The beach was rocky so bring water shoes! On calm wind days the ocean was great to go out in. Windy days we stayed close to shore and utilized the pool. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was spacious and well stocked. We had everything we needed for the 7 of us. Very walkable area with plenty to do. Loved sitting out on the front deck to do some people (and dog) watching. The outdoor shower was a huge plus when coming up from the beach! We had such a great and relaxing time!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

The house was beautiful! I loved the fenced outdoor area. It had plenty of seating and was kept very nice. All the appliances worked great, AC was great, bedrooms had everything you might need such as towels, some hangers, iron, etc. We would definitely love to stay again sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

My family and I had a great time at Amy & Noe's place. The location was perfect. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so peaceful along with the pool and bar was prefect for hanging out at night. we loved the bread fruit tree on the property as we made some pancakes for the kids from it. overall I would highly recommend their place as the little town was so nice and the locals were friendly. we would definitely come back in the future!

It was my 55th birthday. We were 14 people, and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. Everything was nice and neat, the place is beautiful and quiet, perfect to be relax, you don't need to leave the house at all, photos don't do justice for the place, view and sunrise. Hector is super accessible and communicative. My whole family loved it. We are definitely coming back.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The place was absolutely spotless—I could walk around barefoot, and it smelled fresh and clean the entire time. I was initially concerned about GPS issues, but I had no trouble at all using Google Maps or Apple Maps to find it. The location was perfect, and the space was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The outdoor area was stunning, overlooking the mountains, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Although I don’t speak Spanish, the hosts spoke perfect English, which made everything even easier. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ¡Tuve una estancia increíble en este Airbnb en Puerto Rico! El lugar estaba impecable—podía caminar descalzo y siempre olía fresco y limpio. Al principio, me preocupaba el GPS, pero no tuve ningún problema en encontrarlo con Google Maps o Apple Maps. Nilda was an excellent host. Got us some chairs for the beach, towels we could take there, and she even baked some biscuits for us + plus brought us some delicious quesitos. She was always was very attentive to our needs. If we were ever in Patillas again, this would be the place to stay. Awesome view and location.

An amazing little spot next to the ocean! The balcony was private and had amazing views. The restaurant upstairs was very convenient and had great food. The owner stopped and talked to us at the restaurant and was very helpful and friendly. Wish we would’ve stayed longer!

Absolutely beautiful gem in Guayama. Manuel was a very gracious host and I absolutely loved my stay. Super comfy bed and beautiful outdoor space for relaxing and enjoy the beautiful Guayama weather!

It is a good place near a restaurant, beach, etc. It was a little challenging to find the place. It is a small place, but it works if you just need a place to stay the night.

5 stars! Beautiful, clean and charming! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We hope to be back someday! The view from the property is stunning. We woke up and went to bed with the sound of the ocean right outside the bedroom and living room. Every detail from the pillows to the wall decor was thoughtfully designed to make your stay unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend! This is a great AirBnB right on the beach!!

Beautiful view of the large courtyard all the way out to the Caribbean waters. You can sit at the pool and see the water and hear the waves crash. Everything we needed for the beach and pool was provided. Take time to explore the restaurants in Palmas Del Mar. Humacao is 10 minutes away and has restaurants and a shopping center for everything you need. The people we encountered in Humacao were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. One tip of this is your first time to PR, book snorkel and sight seeing tours in advance as they were sold out when we visited for spring break.

We are extremely happy with our stay here. It really helped that it was one level since we had elderly parents with us. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The host was very quick in responding when I had minor questions. The first floor had lots to do including a great market place that had everything you could need and more. Plenty of food options as well. You really don’t need to drive anywhere. This place has all you need for a great stay including an incredible ocean/sunrise sunset view on their very spacious and accommodating balcony. You will not be disappointed staying here, I guarantee it.

Cristina’s place was amazing. We were there for several days and will definitely will be staying there again on our next visit to Puerto Rico. Both the pool and the beach were very nice and clean. It felt safe with two security check-points. Cristina was amazing with getting back to us timely when we had any questions. Cristina’s place was exactly what we needed.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa del Mar! The place was just as described and then some. The location was perfect for our family. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk and the pool was a great extra after spending the day at the beach. Jean has everything you'll need for enjoying the beach, i.e. chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. No need to hassle over packing too much. The house is well stocked and if not Walmart is 10-15 minutes away. Thanks Jean, for making our first visit to Puerto Rico so great! We definitely will be returning.

Greg's place is awesome. We had a great time as family. The grill was a plus. Beautiful view to the beach. I loved every morning drinkg my coffee looking at the ocean. Definitely will stay again soon.

This is probably the BEST airbnb we have stayed in. The location is beautiful. The setup was amazing. Very comfortable and clean. Great amenities. The pool was fantastic in walking distance. Shopping center with great restaurants near by. The host went above and beyond providing New Year’s Eve party favors, local candy, water and other drinks. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Overall a great example of how an Airbnb should operate. Loved it! Thank you for making our vacation perfect!
