Holiday rentals in Patricks Island

Outstanding villa, private beach, great pool, near lots of restaurants. Even better than advertised! Both upstairs bedrooms face the ocean and have new en-suite bathrooms. The pool deck has both sun and shade. There’s a full outside table near the bbq. If a calm day great for snorkeling (with water shoes) and so many conch shells! Pool is beautiful. Would 100% recommend!

We had a great week staying at Pam’s place and enjoyed visiting the attractions and beaches on the North Side and East End, including a bioluminescence boat trip, starfish point, Rum Point, Crystal Caves, botanic gardens, a brilliant mentalist/magic show at Wyndham by Erick Herz and dining at Tukka. Pam’s place is really well appointed, comfortable and in a great location for getting to the sights in this part of the island.

Joyceann's home was exactly what our family of four needed for a great vacation of rest and relaxation. It was spacious, comfortable and clean with plenty of room for all of us to relax and settle in. There is a nice, well-appointed kitchen with all you need to make home cooked meals. There is a washer and dryer to restore your clothes. There is plenty of bathroom space for everyone to take showers after a long day at the beach. The living room and sofa are extremely cozy and comfortable to watch TV on a nice flat screen TV. The home is tucked away in a nice, peaceful neighborhood of Grand Cayman that is accessible to lots of dining, grocery stores and only minutes from Seven Mile beach. We had also stayed at a Marriott on the beach but we far prefer this Airbnb to the hustle of bustle of people and parking we had to deal with on the strip. The host Joyceann was so remarkably kind and accommodating as well as very responsive. If we ever go back to Cayman, we will use her place again.

What a fantastic condo! Everything was super clean and in excellent condition. I really enjoyed looking at all of Suladda's paintings in the condo; really adds to the ambiance. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the central air and ceiling fans were quiet and kept everything cool. Good size bathrooms with hot water and great shower pressure. WIFI works great! Beach area and pool was quiet and not overcrowded. Always lounge chairs available to lay down on. Great beach and shower towels. The location next to the beach was fantastic for snorkeling right in front of the patio; saw tropical fish, squids and a yellow stingray. Nearby is the wreck of the Gamma is a short beach walk which is amazing to snorkel and for seeing bigger fish. Walkability to restaurants is excellent; we dined at Thai Orchid (omg the sticky toffee pudding), XQ Pizza (3x), Peppers Bar and Grill (2x), Jerk BBQ Hut, Mrs. Pipers Garden, Coconut Joe's, ICOA Café and Piccolino's Café (3x, affordable breakfasts!)

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the kitchen/living room right out to the ocean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook some meals at the condo during our stay. The pool was big with plenty of room for everyone who wanted to enjoy it. And we also enjoyed having access into the water right in front of the condo- we were able to snorkel the ship wreck a few times. The outdoor shared patio’s were also great to have access to and watch the sunset from. We appreciated having access to the washer and dryer as well. They also have beach chairs, small cooler and other beach supplies if you need them- which is great so you don’t have to travel with those items or rent them. There was construction going on at the large building beside the condos - it didn’t bother us too much because we were always out and about during the day exploring. Parking is tight, so a smaller car is best - we backed into the spot which was much easier to get in/out. Loved this place!

We had an amazing stay at Dino's condo! It was very spacious and sparkling clean with excellent amenities. The location on the tranquil and beautiful North Side of Grand Cayman is ideal. The views from condo looking out to the ocean are stunning. The beds were extremely comfortable and having 2 large bathrooms that provided wonderful hot showers was especially appreciated. Check in is easy with a lock box and there is ample parking directly in front of the condo. Dino is an outstanding host who is easy to communicate with and makes every effort to insure you have a terrific stay in the condo and enjoy Grand Cayman. We had a fantastic experience staying in Dino's condo and definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to Grand Cayman.

From the get go we felt very welcome and at home. Harriet and her assistant, Tia were both there to greet us upon arrival and settled us into the property. The cottage is beautifully appointed with quality furnishings and appliances and spotlessly clean. The setting is wonderful : pristine beach, extremely quiet and it felt like we were on our own island paradise. Plenty of furniture in the well manicured gardens, which lead straight onto the beach with plenty of options for sun and shade. We particularly enjoyed taking the kayaks out early each morning into the large bay area with still and beautifully clear warm water. Quiet, serene beach living at its finest. A short few steps to the turquoise waters, and a screened in porch for evening dinner. Well appointed, clean, and that bed though!

Susan was very responsive and flexible. The house was clean and had a homey feel. Our group consists of world travelers, and this was the most well-stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, including a slow cooker, tea kettle, and even a salad spinner—items we rarely see in rentals. The bathroom was fully stocked with essentials like lotions, shampoo, and even sunscreen. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, and the covered patio was perfect for enjoying dinner outdoors. The communal pool was conveniently located just off our patio, and during our stay, we had it all to ourselves. The property was well maintained, with daily upkeep—pool cleaning, palm tree trimming (the maintenance worker even opened coconuts for us!) and power washing of the walkways. A grocery store, restaurants, and food trucks were all nearby. The location was ideal for us - far enough from the tourist crowds to feel private but close enough to everything we wanted to explore.
