The apartment is large, with a good living room with sofa bed and smart TV. American cuisine had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms (suites) were large and very comfortable. Quality bedding. The condominium is delicious. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, plenty of green space for sightseeing in addition to restaurants. We think it's a good value. Marco was always solicited, very educated and attended us promptly every time. We will be back.

Beautiful place! Casa perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, live is much more beautiful and cozy, we love everything, and we will go back. The housekeeper is a sympathy, ready to help us in what was necessary, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, besides being very polite and discreet. Rosangela's home is super complete, with everything a family needs to feel at home. All very clean and according to the description of the listing. Whenever we need it, it has responded promptly. We love the basket that left us from mimo. E tbm the Christmas decoration.

We had an amazing experience during our carnival stay. We are a large group of friends with children who study together at daycare. The house is simply wonderful: wide, very comfortable, super comfortable gourmet area with Jacuzzi, the great and large pool, beautiful view to the green, with all the necessary items, well-equipped, with everything we need to make us feel at home and ensure a perfect stay. I would like to highlight also the exceptional service of all employees, we hired an extra employee, and all were excellent: Joana, Ana, Elsa and the housekeeper were always very helpful, friendly and demonstrated an enormous effort to make our experience even more enjoyable. Attention to detail was visible in all aspects of hosting. Surely, I would recommend to all who seek comfort, practicality and impeccable service. We look forward to returning soon!

The stay with family was excellent. The condominium is great, the Loft accommodations are new and in general the place is very cozy. It met all we needed. I recommend and when you return to Itaipava, it will be a great option.

This Airbnb apartment is right inside "Quitandinha Palace", which was once Latin America's largest hotel and casino. The amazing 1940s-built building is a wonder in itself, with huge salons, a 1000-seat theater and a smaller one, a gourmet restaurant, cafe, bowling, outdoor swimming pool, and much more, all in front of a lake surrounded by mountains. What was once a hotel room is now a gorgeous apartment with a small kitchen, living room, full bathroom, a large dining room, and even a small terrace facing the interior architecture. Beautifully decorated, it features a loft bed which you can choose to use if you don't want to use the sofa bed in the living room. The hostess was very nice and helpful. My wife and I stayed there for a week, and we highly recommend it!

The loft is super functional, well decorated and cozy, we do not miss anything, even in our chagada there was already water in the refrigerator and chocolates available! All clean and organized, cups, cutlery, cookware, clean towels and comfortable bedding! The condominium is delicious, in the morning we have coffee in the coffee shop of Granja Brasil, there was pleasant live music and we drank an Italian soda, but there is Petrópolis toast and lots of delicious treats!!! Thank you Cinthia for answering our reservation at the last minute!

Our weekend was very quiet in the accommodation. We found the place very clean and organized, exactly as described in the photos. Fast communication with the host.
