Large deck great for entertaining, recently added concrete driveway and side walk. New gazebo on front deck for those lazy days of relaxing along with taking in nature and the lake life pace. If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 3 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores!

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Simple ,very quiet,western decorated rustic studio cabin by main house on 200 acre working cattle ranch . Great work place.Small lake for fishing .Unlike others,NO cleaning fee /deposit. Beautiful Lake House at Cedar Creek Lake, just one hour from downtown Dallas. This newly remodeled home is nestled in the trees at the end of a quiet cove. There are 2 jet ski lifts and room for a 20' boat. 2 Kayaks are also provided! At this time, lake levels at the house are low so we have discounted our normal rate. (There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood and community pier for fishing and swimming). Use of Kayaks, boat dock, swimming or other activities is AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Our property is called the Bluegill lake cabins, we have a total of 4 rental cabins spread out over 22 acres with 5 catch and release fishing ponds with canoes, jon boats and pedal boats to play in or swim in if its warm enough. All of our cabins have private hot tubs on the decks with firepits and charcoal grills. We sale bundles of firewood for $5. Inside the cabins have full kitchens with pots, pans and dishes with microwave and k-cup coffee maker.
