The villa is peaceful, secluded and perfect for entertaining, barbequing or to simply relaxing on the lounge beds by the lap pool. The 3 bed, 3.5 bath property is located at end of a cul-de-sac in the Royal Westmoreland gated community with 24-hour security. The villa is on a split-level basis with the Queen Bedroom just to the left of the main entrance. The Living Room, Kitchen and Terrace are just a few steps up on entry. The Master Bedroom and Twin Room are downstairs with entry to the private pool accessible from both rooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and include ample walk-in closet space, and air-conditioned.

Mullins Bay House is your little sip of heaven only 400 metres from the beautiful Mullins beach. It is a stylish spacious family home in an acre of beautiful tropical gardens with a large private saltwater pool so plenty of room for all the family to relax and enjoy being together. Housekeeper is included. Historic Speightstown with all its charms is just over a mile away where you'll find a supermarket, shops, banks and a great selection of bars and restaurants to cater for all budgets.

You can sit on the balcony and look out to the Caribbean Sea, which is only a 3 minutes walk away. This villa aptly named Searenity is immaculately interior designed with 4 bedrooms all with en suites & a cinema room with a sofa bed. The villa sleeps 10 people very comfortably. It comes with it's own private pool & the complex has a large communal pool & gym. The famous Royal Westmorelands golf course is opposite & the villa has access to the Fairmont Beach club
