We arrived earlier than agreed, but Andrei noticed us and immediately offered to check in so we didn't wait. This was the first sign that hospitality is really up to par here. We traveled 300 kilometers, rushed, and in all the hustle and bustle I had forgotten the coals for the barbecue. I shared this with Andrei, and he, without thinking, immediately offered to give us charcoal or wood – totally free of charge. Thanks to him, we were able to have a so desirable barbecue without wasting time looking for shops. We also asked him for recommendations regarding sights in the area. Share useful information about Snezhanka Cave, one of themostbeautiful places one can visit as well as thenearest and accessible shops. The house was extremely well heated. The outside temperature was -9°C, but we enjoyed the comfortable 24°C inside. Andrei assured us that if we needed anything he was close by and only a message would come through – and it really was. As for the place itself – there are many hotels in the area

An amazing apartment, with a spectacular view over the lake. We had a very peaceful stay. The apartment has everything you need, and is decorated and equipped to the highest standard. The host was friendly, communicative, and very helpful. We certainly hope to return again in the future.

The loft is bigger and nicer than what you can see in the photos. Loved the stay there.

Geordi’s place exceeded my expectations! The place is better than in the photos. It is a perfect nature getaway, peaceful and private and within walking distance of forest trails and beautiful views. The house itself was small but had every comfort you needed and more, and perfect for 1 or 2 people to relax. There was even a digital piano, a bookshelf full of a variety of books, and a great work space. Also a record player with all the greatest hits on vinyl! The deck is wonderful, and there’s a fire pit too. Georgi also left us a fun scavenger hunt to do! Overall a great place for relaxation and nature. I can’t wait to go back in the summer. This is out second visit, it was cozy and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. We recommend the place!

Kim owns it, her mother-in-law Virginia lives in a separate house next door and is very welcoming. The location is beautiful. As someone else has said, the beds are super comfy. Linens were fresh and felt new, like great hotel linens. Plenty of space to spread out on the comfortable patio. Opportunity to grill using wood and charcoal, which we took advantage of. Well stocked with various teas and sugar, honey, etc. And I LOVE the bathroom with the walk-in shower, great drainage. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo and shower gel and comfy towels. The style of the house matches those of the village, but it's completely updated. Enjoyed chatting with Virginia briefly, and she was available to help with anything but left us to ourselves otherwise.

The location is great - walking distance from the center, hiking areas and good restaurants. The place was also quite easy to find and has an underground parking space. The only downside is that a new building is being built right between the apartment and the forest and it’s blocking what would’ve been a great view. They also start construction work early on Saturday (around 8:30 am) which wasn’t ideal and we somewhat lacked privacy since they were right at our level. The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s operated from a tablet which was fun for us but might not be for some people. Especially when there’s an issue with something so keep in mind. There’s a very detailed video for you to watch which was useful. The host had great recommendations, was very responsive and open to help with anything. We did a self check-in and did fine with his detailed instructions. There’s also good SPAs around and I would for sure recommend this place for a visit in Velingrad.

Spacious and cozy space in the heart of Devin. It has all the necessary amenities, fully equipped kitchen, wide dining and living room, clean, with wood burning fireplace, responsive host and close to good restaurants.
