Matthew and his space are amazing! He is an incredible host and the space has everything a person would need for a home away from home.

This home was perfect, beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Everything was organized perfectly. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The location is close to everything in the area. Responds very quickly, very easy easy check in/ out. The kitchen is wonderful, everything one would possibly need. Can’t thank the owners enough for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home!

This was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Melanie was responsive and helpful even before we arrived. I appreciated the amount of things accessible to us in the home and how clean it was.

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

It was a minimal but very clean place that accommodated what we were needing. The host was very kind and responded very timely and was super helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone else looking for a nice peaceful neighborhood stay with a beautiful and clean inside!

Great location for our nieces wedding at the Carl house. Appreciate the queen sized beds instead of twins or bunk beds. Plenty of room to spread out. Positive experience overall!

House is attractively furnished and spotless. We loved all the little Valentine’s Day touches. Doo has thought of everything you need from cozy blankets by the sofa to coffee and spices. Generous paper products. Highly recommend.

My SO , my two dogs, and I had an amazing time at our stay! Everyone was super helpful. The directions to get inside were super clear. The room was gorgeous and super cozy. The only thing I could say is that if you’re not used to traffic, it can be a bit overwhelming getting into the complex. But other than that, we absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend it for a couples getaway or a weekend stay with the girls.

Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Loved our stay! Great location next to all the areas we wanted to visit. We r booked due to the office space as I worked there daily and I can say this was a huge benefit! Parking on site was a plus! I rented a Sentra and it feels roomy enough for an SUV so not tight for someone from California. Across the street there are food options within walking distance! For our interests we wanted to see: Civil rights areas, art museums, gardens, street murals, stripe club fried chicken and enjoy local food. Everything’s within 20 mins!

The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

Rod's place was exceptional. The spacious, clean layout suited our group perfectly. Communication was effortless. Highlights included the game room, gym, and especially the outdoor heated pool - perfect for relaxation. The outdoor grilling area was a huge plus, allowing for enjoyable cookouts when weather permitted. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds added to our comfort. Convenient location and modern decor enhanced the experience. Rod's attention to detail made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a comfortable getaway with great outdoor amenities.

Our stay at this home was perfect! We had a large number of family members coming in for a funeral, unfortunately and Jorge accommodated our stay in every way possible.

We enjoyed the complimentary welcome basket and coffee station, it was a nice personal touch. Our kids loved the downstairs play room and bunk beds. The hosts were very helpful and went out of their way to make our family feel welcomed in Marietta, and the surrounding area. We will definitely book this listing again when we plan for another family vacation.

My family spent the Christmas ans New Years holiday together here. The house was well put together and looked exactly like the photos. The host even had some small Christmas decorations up which I thought was a nice touch. The host was very responsive to any and all request. Checking in and out was breeze. Wifi worked well and the house amenities were great. The house was very accommodating to be able to host Christmas dinner for extended family members. The house was nicely furnished, good location, and room for everyone. I definitely recommend this host and will be using him again. This holiday was special for many reasons and I thank the host for helping make this possible.
