We had a lovely time staying here. It was a great place to start out our travels in Australia. We loved that you could open the room up and let the fresh air in. We would stay here again.

this was such a charming little place with heaps of heart and a lot of sunshine. everything you need is inside, the interior is just delightful, and it's about 5-10 mins walk away from dozens of delicious restaurants (or just around the corner from one of the best Japanese restaurants i've ever eaten at) and only a 10 min walk from the central train station the owners are friendly and responsive, and flexible wherever they can be to help out thoroughly recommend this place!

Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Amazing location, 2 minutes from the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves. The place was very comfortable and fully equipped, can't think of anything that was missing. Comfortable beds, great shower, good coffee machine. Clear checkin instructions. We especially enjoyed the sun trenched back veranda and great BBQ. A lovely surprise was the hot water out door shower...bliss! We didn't want to leave.

You cannot beat the view. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and the sunset. Charlotte was very accommodating, and it was easy to communicate with her.

Phou is the most positive and communicative airbnb host I’ve had. His partner was also super lovely and this all made for a very straight forward stay in the awesome inner west area of Sydney

This Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous! Despite it being in the back yard of the owners house, it feels completely private and relaxing. The owner is super friendly and even allowed for early check in and late check out due to them not having any back to back bookings. Everything worked well, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Wifi works great which is helpful as the phone reception in this suburb isnt great (for optus at least). The pool was lovely to swim in and felt private. Owner provided us with everything you need in the kitchen, including food and drinks, which were such a lovely touch. There was absolutely nothing to fault about this property and the experience and i would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Caves Beach.

I just had the best birthday ever. The house is breathtaking!! Justin has been the best host, super responsive, professional and helpful. Everything was even better than on the pictures. I can’t wait to go back ! I recommend 100%

What a beautiful home. Beautifully furnished and presented. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and china. Lovely and clean. We had breakfast on the verandah and listened to the birds. It was very peaceful. Enjoyed the pool which was well maintained and the pool table was fun. Highly recommend.

Victoria‘s place was perfect for a girls weekend out of town. Lovely balcony with a view of the water. A bedroom each. A well appointed kitchen and very comfortable lounge room. Very close to all the restaurants and cafes at Ettalong and Umina.

Very spacious, clean and quiet. Excellent location near Central railway station and within walking distance of the city centre. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

Vanessa place was paradise. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool and hot tub are relaxing. The house it self is beautiful inside and out. It is very comfortable. Vanessa is the hostess with the mostess. Our family of 4 adults and 6 kids could spread out comfortably and have some adult time. The pool area as a great BBQ, & there is great under cover parking. We would recommend Vanessa place to the who are looking for that extra special getaway. We loved it! ….and Vanessa. :)

Neil was a fabulous host, proactive with information and great communication. The property was clean comfortable and private would happily stay again. Highly recommend to other guests if they are contemplating staying within the area.

We had a wonderful 3-nights stay at the beautiful Llyr House. It's perfect in all aspects -- the house decor & aesthetics, the completeness of its interior & exterior amenities (parking, self-check in & secured/coded lockable gate entrance, modern ducted AC system, 2-baths/toilets, wifi, musical instruments, pool, BBQ, fire pit, trampoline, kayak/water gears & bike), its modern appliances, entertainment facilities (incl 4 big Smart TV's), spacious laundry, a beautiful & fully equipped kitchen complemented with a good size kitchen island and an elegant 8-seater dining table and lastly, its luxurious & comfortable beds! The lounge, bedrooms and music room are spacious and perfect for 10-12 guests. It's a real gem in Swansea. A lovely art deco flat- right by the beach! Location is fabulous. Anne explained there would be some construction noise at the time we stayed so we were well aware before our trip. Was absolutely no issue for us and didn’t interfere with our enjoyment.

The property was in excellent condition, clean, well appointed and with a few little extras that rounded the experience - like large bath towels ! Our group of 6 were very happy.

My stay at this property was nothing short of incredible! The house itself is beautifully designed, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The highlight without a doubt, was the pool. Crystal clear with pool noodles provided and the outdoor area was spacious with loungers and a BBQ. Inside, the house was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to prepare meals and the living space is comfortable and relaxing. The water pressure in the shower is strong and heats up quickly. The beds are comfortable and the towels provided were huge and fluffy and there was lots of them. The location was fantastic—peaceful, private & close to beaches. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. They had a wonderful welcome pack in the fridge with awesome jams, chocolates and sparkling water. If you're looking for a dream getaway this is the place to be. Thank you Jess and Jonas

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

I just loved my stay at Yantra's place. I arrived there at the end of a long and busy trip, and it felt like I stepped into the most calm and tranquil space - which was just what I needed. I was also welcomed by kookaburras :) The house is cosy, welcoming, clean, and comfortable, and the gardens are gorgeous. I spent 1/2 a day just reading books Yantra's fantastic library, and equal time at the beach which is just a 5 minute walk. I've never been to Avoca before and its a real haven - lots of bush and wildlife, and a relaxed vibe. It doesn't feel at all like a lot of the other surrounding areas. I couldn't recommend Yantra's highly enough and look forward to going back.

The house was incredibly spacious and had so many great amenities for us to enjoy. It was located in a peaceful and secluded area, making it the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. So glad we got to experience it!

We rented out the Airbnb for 5 nights in Feb/March for 3 adults and 3 children. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we opened the door. Chen had a pair of slippers for each of us to use inside plus milk, bread, cereal, fruit, juice and water. The house was spotless and very inviting. The beds were very comfortable, and the main bathroom and ensuite were great! The house is in a great location. Not much noise but yet just around the corner from Aldi and many take-away restaurants. There were menus for local shops and also clear information about what was around the area. We were so very happy with our stay and plan to go back next time we're in Sydney. We recommend this place to anyone needing accommodation in Sydney.
