Holiday rentals in Pedace

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

We have stayed with Graziella before, and as always, she was a very gracious hostess. The airbnb is right in the heart of San Lucido and infinitely walkable. I will be there again soon, I hope.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description and the photos. The location directly on the beach is excellent. Parking available around the corner. The beds are comfortable. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment itself is excellent! Location: Belmonte Marina is situated on a very beautiful beach. Unfortunately, there are only a few shopping facilities on site. Overall, it is a little empty in the low season, which is not necessarily a disadvantage. There are a few restaurants, but we didn't try them as we had a car and drove to neighboring Amantea. Overall, the area is beautiful and there is a lot to discover. We definitely recommend this place.

Rosalba and her family members were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location was absolutely breathtaking and her home was beautiful, comfortable, and made our time spent in Calabria so special! Thank you, Rosalba!

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

The location of the apartment is the absolute dream. Although the house is quite outdated, but furnished with love, the beds are cozy. Arranging something in the bathroom itself. Beach chairs and umbrella are also available.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming family country villa in Sangineto Lido. From a warm welcome by Nicola and Alessandro's parents to the breathtaking view of the sea and mountains, our experience was awsome. Any queries we had were promptly and courteously addressed, reflecting the genuine care and dedication this family has for their own property. It's evident that the hosts have poured their hearts into maintaining this villa, as every corner exudes a sense of warmth and attention to detail. I could go into the specifics but suffice it to say that, as a frequent traveler, this place easily ranks among the most memorable and endearing accommodations I've come across. A big thanks to the hosts for affording us the opportunity to relish in the beauty of this villa. We're already looking forward to returning somewhere in the future! Oh my goodness, we’ve stayed at a lot of air bnb’s, but Francesco was an outstanding host. He was always on hand, and even took us out for a coffee because the weather was wet. His recommendations were spot on, and he basically created an itinerary for us so we got the best from Lamezia and the surrounding towns. Francesco definitely made us want to come back and explore the area deeper. His apartment was fabulous. Very central, close to all amenities and everything you could want from an air bnb. The whole experience was absolutely brilliant.
