Great place

The place was as described, access was simple and super fast communication. Tucked away in a quaint little neighborhood, narrow one way street keeps traffic down to locals only. We walked to some amazing restaurants within 500 feet of the place. We didn’t spend too much time the apartment but we would stay here again.

Wilson is a very responsive host. replied back right away when we had issues and worked to resolve them. would highly recommend

Great place and location! Short walk to grocery, Starbucks, restaurants and other ammenities. The apartment is great and clean, the designated parking spot is a plus. I would book again.

We loved our stay at Roya’s home. First, the home is lovely and is in an amazing area. We loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The outside patio with the fire pit and the large amount of seating was great. My husband and I were with our 2 daughters (ages 24 and 27) and their spouse and significant other. The 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Personally we loved that the lights turned off (only during the daytime and only after 2 hours). Seems like a great way to conserve some energy if they aren’t needed and if they are needed it is easy enough to turn them back on. I would love to have them in our home! We also enjoyed the tile throughout the updated, upscale home. So much easier to keep clean. We found Roya to be very helpful and leave very detailed instructions. We also loved the local art she had on the 2nd floor. It truly is a lovely home in a great area. I recommend it highly and can’t wait to return.

Thanks for the stay! We had a great time in LA and this was the perfect retreat at the end of each day. The house was clean and had lots of spaces for the kids to play. The backyard area is much larger than pictured. Sabrina was responsive and helpful with anything needed. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great location. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house is larger than it appears in the pictures. The outdoor seating areas are a great place to relax during down time.

Clifford’s place was perfect for our family - a great location in a beautiful neighborhood that’s close to town, close to the beach, and close to our own family nearby. The house is spacious and comfortable. Clifford was super responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful stay and will be back soon!

This is an exceptional property, well curated with an Italian theme, spacious, with a beautiful patio, pool area, and landscaping. The owners are meticulous with maintaining the property inside and out, and there are features that go well beyond a typical rental property. They were happy to walk us through the poperty and show us all the details, and assist with any questions or issues. We were able to walk to the local grocery stores, parks, and coffee shops, as there are many options to choose from. The pool is incredible, especially for small children. The house is beautifully lit and relaxing in the evenings. It's a short drive to Dana Point, Laguna, and Newport Beach. We had an exceptional stay at this property and would not hesitate to return for an extended stay.

Four poets in LA for a literary conference--Ben & Alexis' home could not have been a poetic and gorgeous retreat from the hubbub of the conference. The home is a work of art. Extraordinary. And there is everything that you can imagine needing to make for a comfortable and easy stay. So beautiful and practical. And just 12 minutes from the convention center, but once inside, a million miles away. 🩷

We had a great time at Naomi's place, plenty of space for all eight of us and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions, I missed the WiFi login informtion but she quickly told me where to find it. And everything in the home was just as it looked online. From check in to check out it was a great experience.

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.
