This is our 2nd time staying at the Cliff and it was everything we remembered and more. the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Someone is always cleaning or doing some sort of maintenance to the property to keep it pristine! the pool renovation is beautiful and a fantastic spot to watch the sunsets. the beach is easily accessible and virtually private with very little interruptions other than some boats passing by. the pictures dont do this place justice. my husband made use of the spa amenities everyday with the sauna and steam room, indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach -he essentially had a hydrotherapy circuit routine every morning. this apartment itself is well maintained and was exactly as advertised. our favorite spot was on the balcony enjoying the perfect views of the ocean. We have so many spots on the island close by as far as restuarants and two grocery/markets. there are also many rest. in a close drive. when we come back to St Martin, i'm staying here again!

We had an amazing stay in St. Maarten celebrating my 65th birthday with my wife and our adult kids. It was our first time on the island, and we loved every minute. The house was cozy, safe, and just a short walk to a beautiful beach and some great local beach bars nearby. We enjoyed peaceful mornings listening to the birds, spotting little lizards, and relaxing by the pool. The sunsets were stunning, and the location made it easy to explore the island. Our hosts were kind and accommodating, letting us drop our bags before check-in and bringing extra towels when needed. We had such meaningful family time and made unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

Great location and the view from the balcony is awesome. Easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Great for watching the planes take off and land.

Our stay at the Rock was perfect! Such a great location. Florence was super direct and clear with all of the instructions, very quick to respond. Her mom Nicole was so sweet. The perfects hosts. Will hopefully be back one day! Already miss the views.

Veronique was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a local car rental agency that picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to Le Colibri and our rental car, saving us the worry of navigating roads and finding our vacation home. The area was quiet at night and Veronique provided amenities such as beach towels and a small cooler that were very useful and saved us the trouble of obtaining/bringing these items ourselves. She checked in a few times and we relied on her recommendations which were all good.

The condo was very spacious and sparkling clean! Amazing view off of the balcony. Will definitely be coming back! Olga was amazing to work with!

We had a great stay! It was a fun location- felt safe, walkable to a lot of good restaurants, across the street from the beach, could watch the planes landing and right next to the famous Maho Beach. Also walkable to beautiful Mullet Bay beach. Our host was very responsive and helpful and even dropped off some French pastries our last night. I would definitely recommend this place.

The condo was so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved it there! The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well! It is our plan to return!

Alexandra and Fanny, were friendly host and assistant. Always, reachable and happy to help. The apartment is right on the beach. The shops, and restaurants, are 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the property. The property is airy and spacious. It had all amenities that we need for our week stay. We would definitely recommend this property, and return on our next visit.

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour ce condo. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par la propreté irréprochable des lieux. C’était comme si le condo était tout neuf, jamais habité avant nous. Chaque coin et recoin brillait, ce qui a immédiatement créé un sentiment de confort et de sérénité. Un immense merci à M. Ricard, leur gestionnaire, qui nous a accueillis sur place avec beaucoup de chaleur et de professionnalisme. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a été d’une aide précieuse et a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nos hôtes ont également fait preuve d’un souci du détail exceptionnel. Tout a été pensé pour rendre notre séjour mémorable, des petites attentions jusqu’à l’aménagement parfait des espaces. Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Villa Flagrantia. Nada's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The villa looked just like the photos, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the space was. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, dishes, and other essentials, which made cooking easy. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer available, along with laundry supplies provided. One suggestion: the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. The tub is quite slippery and could be hazardous without extra grip or support. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s steps away from some of the best beach bars in Orient Bay. The house has a lovely deck on the 2nd floor with great views of the water and hills. Very peaceful. And there were some very thoughtful welcome amenities provided at checkin. Overall a great stay.

Isabelle’s property came even better than advertised and Isabelle was a very gracious hostess from pre-arrival throughout our stay. Incredible views of the bay in the evening, and can even see St Barth in the distance when clear. The property had all the comforts of home (US) with the charm of St. Martin. I sent Isabelle a couple of messages for local recommendations during our visit and she was quick and helpful with her responses. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful stay!!

La maison de Katia est superbe, et Katia est l hote ideal: tout est fait pour que l on se sente comme chez nous. La maison offre bien plus que ce qu il y est indique dans l annonce, l equipement cuisine, le barbecue, les prises anti moustique, des jeux de bains piscine, de la lessive etc..et l attention particuliere de Katia a notre arrivée avec des fruits frais de son jardin, de l eau du the et cafe .. on ne pouvait attendre mieux! La maison est aussi superbement située sur la baie orientale a 10mn a pied de la plage et des commerces. Un super choix de vacances! Merci Katia

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement: très tranquille et semi -privé, puisqu’il y a des locataires dans les autres condos. Cela nous a permis de connaître davantage la région! Le logement est confortable et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Les climatisateurs dans les chambres fonctionnent très bien, la cuisine offrait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (nous y avons pris presque tous nos repas), et Isabelle a même acheté un mélangeur pour nous, le coin-salon est confortable et la terrasse est très grande. La piscine est un gros boni pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Il y a aussi une petite bibliothèque où l’on peut emprunter des livres (la majorité en français). Le village est vraiment paisible, tout est situé à distance de marche: boulangerie, 5 minutes; plage Coralita, 8 minutes; plage Dawning, 15-20 minutes et plusieurs collines; quatre restaurants, 5 minutes de marche. Les supermarchés sont à 10-15 minutes en voiture (Carrefour, Super U). Nous serions heureux d’y retourner!

Beautiful home and stunning views/surroundings. The apartment is on the lower floor of the owners house but it is very private. You get private use of the swimming pool and separate access down to the apartment. There were monkeys in the garden which was amazing! The only thing was there were lots of moskitos but the bed has a netting around it so you are safe. After a couple of days with some spray and plugs the moskitos stayed out of course with the doors closed. There is a microwave, sink and fridge, no stove or oven. Out of the way of the main town but super easy to get there by car. Ideally, you need a car to get to the property or taxi. Fantastic stay. Thank you

Perfect little villa (actually much bigger than we expected), located in the best neighbourhood of St-Maarten, and managed by a true Superhost!

This has to be one of the most beautiful villas on the island! The ocean view was amazing and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was peaceful. We enjoyed our one weeks stay at La Casita and would book again when we come back to SXM. Thank you to the housekeeper for being so kind and giving us tons of local recommendations!

It was a perfect place to enjoy the view with the pool. The house was big enough for 6 people. Orient bay is 5 min away for restaurants and beach. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! The host was really reactive to our demands. We will be back!
