Holiday rentals in Sint Maarten

We loved Jean’s place. I hated leaving. The serenity, views and comfort were wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs so calming, we slept to the sound every night. We loved seeing various iguanas out the window every day. Jean informed us of some good restaurants. I just can’t see staying on a mountain or back from the beach. The water views are astounding. You will never want to get out of the shower, lol

Firstly This place is paradise. Second This is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever booked! Seriously clean as a whistle. The decor was perfect without being over done. The panoramic view from the living room provided the perfect back drop to a cup of coffee and for dinner at night. We spent so much time in the pool Perfect size for our group. The host greeted up and kept in contact through our stay. The place was easy to find and navigate as well. Every room was spacious and allowed us to decompress at the end of the day! I can’t wait to come back!

This is a fabulous condo with beautiful pool area and beach! Everything within the condo was perfect and Sylvia went above and beyond assuring everything needed was there. She also provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which made our beach days amazing! The balcony on lower level has a daybed which I used to curl up and read while my husband preferred using it for napping 😴! Sylvia was very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely reserve again and if you are looking for a wonderful place in Simpson Bay you should too!

Jennifer’s home is gorgeous and spacious. The view is nothing short of spectacular. We were shocked even though we saw the pics. As anywhere on the island, many streets are steep when they wind their way up each mountainside to get up and over. The house is no exception as it rests on a hillside facing Little Bay. As such, be prepared with the car you rent that you’ll have to go up high-angled streets from time to time, and the home’s driveway is no exception. But once you get used to that, you’ll find a paradise on top. Let’s not forget the infinite pool! As far as hospitality, Jennifer provided detailed instructions and recommendations for us, as well as responded quickly to any questions we had. 5 stars for sure!

The pictures on the listing do not do justice on how beautiful the view you have from the balcony is. One day I even changed my plans to go to the beach to read cause I saw no point. The balcony has the best setup for a nice relaxing reading session on a sunny day with a cozy pouf like seat. On top of that, the host is kind and caring and made me feel at home. She even pointed out when I was about to go biking under the hot Sun to bring some water, which I thought I was, but indeed was forgetting. Thank you for making my stay in Sint Maarten a really great one!

Lovely location! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Felt very homey and comfortable, it was perfect. The view was amazing and made the hill up 100% worth it. You really get used to the drive after the first time. There's an amazing beach called Great Bay Beach right near by and a great on the beach restaurant called Eat Something. Ask for Lenny if you want to eat and rent chairs there, he's the best!

We loved our stay at sea la vie. The place was just as described and in the perfect location. After looking at many different places and knowing the area better now, I think we picked the best place! The pool and view are incredible and it had everything we needed to escape the harsh northern winter. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Jackie and Carlos are very accommodating and were really helpful when we extended our stay. The place is in a great location, it is a quick walk to the beach, numerous delicious restaurants and grocery stores. It was great to have the pool to ourselves most days. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit the island!
