Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pend Oreille River

The place was great, perfect location and felt cozy.

Stacey's house was wonderful! Fantastic location in between downtown Sandpoint (for our favorite pizza) and Schweitzer (our favorite skiing). The yard was fun for the family to play in during a big snowfall. Stacey goes WELL beyond most hosts! She provided wonderful amenities, bonus snacks (farm fresh eggs!), and was very responsive. It is obvious she takes very good care of her home and the furnishings are lovely. I really appreciated her decor without being cluttered. When we arrived, she had lamps on, music playing and the house warm. Read the description carefully as the house is only two bedrooms plus loft. We found the loft a bit too noisy to use the sofa bed for one of my teens. He opted to share the upstairs primary with his sister and slept in the twin. The lower-level primary was incredibly spacious (the whole house was, actually) but we struggled to heat the primary bedroom/bathroom. Lots of blankets on the bed helped! We would 100% stay again!!

The house was very well kept and taken care of. Clean, very comfortable, and provided exactly what we needed. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I very strongly recommend the home and its host!

This property was exactly as described. We booked so we could attend holiday activities at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. It was a quick walk to and from the resort so the location was perfect for our trip. Diana mentioned several activities taking place to be sure we knew they were happening. The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family very well. It had all the amenities we needed to be able to prepare meals, as well as bathroom amenities, laundry needs, a nice work space for our college kids to complete homework, and the hot tub to warm up and relax in at the end of the day. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! The space was a great fit for our group and close to skiing at Mt. Spokane. We would stay here again.

Amazing stay! Even tried to book another weekend while we were there!! Super cute and nice safe neighborhood. Very clean and updated and the Christmas tree was the icing on the cake!! Very responsive and they have other properties we will definitely stay at!!

Jennifer's place is incredible! The scenery is amazing, with the river literally in the backyard, and the mountains just beyond. This morning, there were two bald eagles flying overhead! The house was spotless, the bathroom was luxurious, and the extra touches made me feel so at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Have stayed twice and I have already booked a third stay. Thanks for having such a great place, great setup, being close to Whitworth University and thinking of everything to make it a home away from home type of place.

as usual the place was clean and very comfortable. We have stayed in two of their places and they are both fantastic. The layout of the property is perfect. Everything you need is provided, the bed is super comfortable and the fireplace in the living room makes the comfiness of this place even better. We have stayed multiple times in Aaron and Chanan's properties and they never disappoint.

This home had alot of character that sets back in a time when life was simpler & more home-based. The other guests were quiet, ability to cook our own food and Safeway right up the street. easy to enter and exit. Positive efficient communication.

I looked forward to going back to such a comfortable space at the end of the day.

Davis was super friendly, and accommodating. His place has literally everything you would need. The kitchen was well stocked! The yard was awesome for the family! David had great instructions on how to find the cool local spots. Our family had a great time there!

It was a nice cozy place. It was great for everything I needed it for. I appreciated the food, it saved me from some grocery shopping. Plenty of blankets, towels and water.

Tom and Rhonda made us feel right at home, and were very accommodating when our schedule changed. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location, great for dogs and families. We can’t recommend it enough!

Clean, unique, and fun. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast, too. Charming family and charming schoolhouse.

Hal's chalet is beautiful. A cozy log chalet in a perfect mountain setting. I could go on and on about the clean beds, most comfy couch ever, well stocked kitchen, great laundry machines, perfect decor and fabulous hot tub! We skied buzzer to buzzer days at 49 North and were so grateful to zip back 5 min to our "home away from home" and spend the evenings together. We soothed our tired muscles in the hot tub. We prepared yummy food and ate together at the dining table for dinner and breakfast bar in the am. After dinner, we could watch the 4 Nations hockey matches from the comfy couch & while playing foosball and pool. We had everything we needed to relax"en famille" at the chalet and ski all day at the mountain. A Perfect balance !!! My highest compliment to Hal and his excellent communication. He set us up for success and shared so many thoughtful details. I would give 6 stars if I could ! We hope to rent Hals chalet again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

The room was great! The little refresher room was amazing! Check in was super easy and Teri was amazing!! The coupon to their restaurant was so awesome, the food was amazing! I will be staying at Teri’s place again next time I come to visit!!!

This place is truly beautiful, comfortable and with a very nice host. Beautiful garden, great breakfast, TV worked perfectly and bed was very comfortable. It's a lovely palace beautifully decorated for having a chill time. Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay! It’s super close to Gonzaga so it’s especially great if you’re walking to and from the school :) Teri was so sweet and the house was lovely! Would stay again❤️

There is only one way to describe my stay at Kenzie’s beautiful home —PERFECT! From concise commuication, easy parking, keyless entry, cleanliness, numerous amenities, deep bathroom spa tub, cafe style coffee and gourmet breakfast each morning. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb’s and Kenzie’s place is by far the best. Wallace is an amazing place to stay with multiple skiing choices close by, lovely vintage shops and fantastic restaurants. I stayed for multiple days and did not want to leave. Stay here!

Carol's home was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and warm. She was a kind and hospitable host. She even prepared a delicious breakfast. We had a nice conversation and enjoyed meeting one another.
