This fully equipped 1 bedroom cottage has been a high rated Super Host Airbnb favorite for 5 years. It now has an equally fabulous new owner and Airbnb requires a fresh start. Relax into the hammocks in this peaceful residential setting where birds and butterflies abound. The cottage opens to a wonderful private garden sitting area and gives you a fantastic view of India Dormida mountain and nearby hiking trail. A short (~1 mile) walk to the town with shops, restaurants and daily Farmers Market.

Mountain Nature and Architectural Paradise Loft

This home is located 800 meters in altitude with california equivalent climate. It opens on 3 sides which makes you one with nature (outdoor shower). However, it has all the amenties needed for a long stay including wifi,tv, full kitchen washer/dryer and a fire pit/barbecue. There is a loft that can sleep an additional 2 people . There are breathtaking mountain and ocean views and is located in a up scale planned community with security gated access. Property has a RING securrity system.

The home is on a large tropical lot with lots of privacy. There is wireless internet throughout the property. Beautiful resort-style pool with a swim-up bar and a huge palapa filled with hammocks. The Private Beach is a short walk away. This home is close to great restaurants, mountain adventures, and the famous surf beaches of Rio Mar and Palmar. Spend your days relaxing in the pool and lounging on the hammocks. The home is a 2BR/2BA that sleeps up to 6.

Rustic family home with exquisitely landscaped garden complete with bridge over natural stream. Outdoor chill out space with barbecue and terrace under roof with hammocks on one side of the house, and a pergola with lounge area and gas grill on opposite side of the house. Centrally located to main attractions, only a 7 minute walk to the main market. Peaceful, relaxing refuge surrounded by views of nature and the cloud forest.
