Apartment holiday rentals in Penwortham

Firstly may thanks to Maria for her help as we booked at such a short notice having had to cancel a previous booking in the afternoon due to non responding host. Communication was quick, responded within 10-20min max min to any questions or concerns we had. Check in was great including location. Parking was a big plus. Apartment nicely decorated. Few touches perhaps needed here and there to ensure remains like in the picture. On the whole great location and a host that responds quickly to concerns and questions.

Great little flat, with lots of charecter. Easy to find and park. Loved the shop idea, we were eating buffet at a party later that night so did not want a big tea, we thought lets get settled at the flat then nip for food, well we did not have to as Alison had supplied us with lots of freebies plus a well stocked freezer and cupboard with food to buy, a little shop in the flat, amazing idea. Will Definitely stay again

Great place to stay - some nice restaurants and pubs We used it to commute down to aintree in Liverpool, train was around 45 mins. Comfy space, easy to find and was perfect for what we needed

As described, this place is fantastic. Spacious with two rooms and two bathrooms which I didn't read in the description so was a welcome surprise!

Wow, what an incredible find. Grace really has thought of EVERYTHING as a host. The amenities provided were truly above and beyond. Was only there for the night to run Manchester Marathon the following day but could have easily spent a week plus here with everything provided, so well thought out with some lovely homely touches. Was really clean and felt like a nice private place tucked away, super spacious & finished to a high standard. Great access with on street parking available and walkable distance to metro lines to get into central Manchester. Was welcomed by Grace upon arrival and made to feel instantly at home. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic 2 night stay in Manchester for the marathon. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and comfortable. The parking was a huge bonus, and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, super kind, responsive, and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment. Super spacious and homely. Comfy beds. Really clean, calm and relaxing.

Although Phil was unable to greet us at the property, he sent very easy to follow and clear instructions on how to enter which was very useful. The property was very clean and like home from home, had everything you could possibly need and had very clear directions and pointers on arrival and departure. We had to message Phil just the once and he was quick to respond and remained polite throughout. Would absolutely recommend!

Gary was very good with communication. We had a problem with the microwave whilst we were there and it was sorted out within the hour. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was a short walk to the bus. plenty of parking at the weekend too. Thank you Gary, I would highly recommend 👌

Well designed and great central location for my short stay in lytham. The outdoor space is a lovely touch and the Fig and Olive is right next door which was so convenient for breakfast.

Rizwan’s place was great place to stay at for our little family. Had all necessary equipments, close to the city centre, clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Stayed at David's place over the Easter weekend and had a great time. David's flat is top notch, tastefully decorated, high ceilings, clean. Two large bedrooms. Settled in really well due to the homely cosy feel of the place. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Lytham centre with his bustling shops, bars and restaurants. A great stay at a great place.

Lovely waterfront view, great communication from Heather. Suited for our stay and would recommend.

The place was clean and spacious. Good location not far from pubs and restaurants in Lytham, we booked Uber which costed 10 pounds. Parking was ok. You can use the garage at the property or streets near by.

lovely place, very secluded with your own private garden. perfect for kids and was also really good for the dog. within walking distance of the beach. would definitely stay here again.

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

There were mirrors here so no need to take one , bedrooms very clean , however bathrooms are downstairs and I didn’t realise this from the layout . a lovely place to stay I would highly recommend the stay at this accommodation. Hot tub was secluded and nobody could see us in there so we all felt very safe and secure .

Had an amazing weekend. apartment was an ideal base for us between the north and south piers. it was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. this place really did tick all the boxes. can't fault anything in the apartment or Laura herself who's communication has been great the whole weekend. can't recommend enough and we will absolutely be back in the future!

Went for a stag do, fantastic location, easy access to bars and restaurants in the city centre. Great accommodation, nice and spacious for the 9 of us and very clean. Hot tub was enjoyed by the group. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to plan a trip to Manchester.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Very good apartment. Warm and comfortable. The hot tub is a great addition. Especially after a nice walk around the area. The pub across the road is a very welcoming friendly pub and the food was tasty. Great comms and host. Thanks and probably see you again!
