Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Pereque Beach

My stay was very peaceful. Bruno was very attentive to help me with a particularity at my check in. The apartment is very complete. The pool is a wonderful part, my daughter loved it!!! For sure this apt will be on my list of favorites for future visits.

I had a wonderful experience The apartment was extremely cozy, with side view of the sea. Despite being on the third floor, the suite to sleep hearing the noise of the waves. Located in the sandy condominium, very organized, with a supermarket next door, to make it easier. The pool is the icing of the cake: infinity, facing the sea and heated. The host was exceptional, always available to answer questions and assist in any case. Your service made all the difference. I recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable stay to relax.

The apartment is complete. It is comfortable, has a beautiful view to Martín de Sá beach, and is very well equipped.

Apartment super clean and airy, condominium and well-organized and attentive staff. Departure from the building to the beach sand. The house is excellent and accommodates guests very well. A house full of character and the integration with nature is a spectacle apart. The condominium is very attractive; we take advantage of the pools, the hydromassage, sauna and gym. The location is great and the beach service is a bonus, with chairs and parasol. It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with family, I have a baby of 5 months, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all the needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We made a barbecue, went to the gym, it was amazing. With regard to the apartment, it is large and very airy, it does not have many insects (it was a concern my north coast we know that it has many animals), but I did not even have to pass repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missed are adjustments in the bathroom sockets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I could not dry my hair or make a flat plate because the sockets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and resolves problems quickly. I intend to return!

The stay is rustic, exactly as in the pictures, and everything was very clean. Perfect for those looking to feel immersed in nature. One of the highlights is the natural swimming pool, which is not heated, but it is a very pleasant temperature due to the stone floor. Great communication with the host. I found the value high, but considering the current prices, it is in line.

For those who like to be in Maresias, it is the perfect place, next to gate 13, with served as a beach which makes it too easy, the condominium has beautiful swimming pools, gym. The house is very comfortable, we love🤍 Super I recommend it!

The days we spent at Alvaro's house were perfect! All very well taken care and conserved, very clean and with features that allow you to really enjoy the beach and the condominium without having to leave (which was great, as it was Carnival). We're definitely coming back🙏

Great option to host. Easy to access location, a few meters walking to the sand of Santiago beach. For those looking for Maresias or Toque Toque with more comfort and super cost benefit I recommend. The extremely new house with equipment in perfect operation. Very good condominium structure as well. Marcelo is an excellent host, provided clear and very attentive instructions at all times.

My stay was simply wonderful, the location is perfect, the house is super comfortable, with details that adds even more to this, all the new electronics, air conditioning in the rooms, protective screen, and the impeccable cleaning! Flávia is a wonderful person, she met very well, kindly, informed everything I needed, she was worried about actually meeting my expectations, and she exceeded it !
