I am Guillaume, your host! At 20 years old, I put my suitcases down in La Rochelle because I wanted to see the Ocean and since then I've stayed there. I work there and started my family there. I also discovered 2 passions: surf and rugby, which I don't practice but that I can't stand like many Rochelais! My companion and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with clear and sweet colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues will be able to recharge their batteries. Welcome!

Cozy apartment, new and very well-equipped apartment. Located in our quiet property in a cul-de-sac, with parking space. Beautiful quiet house in the hypercenter, modern and authentic, where young and old will find their happiness (foosball, trampoline, table tennis...).
