Rose cottage provides a split mezzanine level with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with toilet upstairs. A self contained kitchen/diner and lounge. One of three terraced properties. Private terrace overlooki shared small pool area and views to neighbouring vines. 50 minutes to Bordeaux and Bergerac Airport. 15 minutes to Libourne for regular trains to Bordeaux and the coast of Arcachon and all the big supermarkets. The Gite is 15 minutes from the historic center of Sarlat and 5 minutes from the Dordogne (La Roque-Gageac). Secluded in a hamlet near the village, the cottage is composed of a large living room, living-dining room (with kitchen), three bedrooms and a shower room – toilet.
