Grandpa Battistino's Happy House

The house is at the entrance to Apricale in an enviable location that allows you to admire the village directly. The apartment is in a beautiful two-storey villa in Ligurian stone. The main characteristics of the "Happy House of Grandpa Battistino" is the brightness combined with a priceless view of the village of Apricale and the green of the surrounding hills. Apartment is about 80 square meters and consists of a large living room (with TV) with kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher) and dining area, a large bathroom with shower, two bedrooms and closet with washing machine. There are 4 beds, but the comfortable sofa can accommodate an extra person. The bedroom and living room also have a balcony. The kitchen is directly connected to the outdoor area where you can have breakfast and then lunch on a nice wrought iron table located on a private terrace that is part of the apartment. You will always find clean sheets and dryers in the included home amenities. The large spaces are ideal for families with children, but also for couples looking for a relaxing holiday. In summer most of life can be lived outside. I'll be there for every need! Opposite the house is the Apricus bar, which offers free WI FI access, while the sea is only about 13 kilometers away and Nice Airport about 60. Apricale was elected one of the most beautiful villages in Italy because of its architectural structure characterized by narrow alleys and stone houses. The country always offers the opportunity to participate in theatrical and musical events. If you want during the autumn you can also participate in the Taggiasca olive harvest in the countryside owned by us which is a 10-minute drive to the house in a pristine and quiet environment! The entrance to the village is conveniently located 50 metres from the house. The apartment was completely renovated in August 2018 respecting its history and characteristics (you will find floors with different types of early twentieth-century tiles and wooden doors with vintage frames), but renovating and modernising everything (new standard electrical system and independent heating). The predominant colour is white, which is accompanied by different shades of grey. Guests will have access to the outdoor dining terrace and also a large garden with shared fruit plants. For any problem, the neighbor who lives under Grandpa Battistino's happy house can help you and will show you walks and what to do in the village and in the beautiful surroundings! All the main points of interest are located around the house and above all there is an enviable view of the country! Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.
