The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

Spacious, cozy accommodation in the quiet place to stay with the family. Helpful hostess, the lady who received us helpful, polite and caring.

Roberta was very attentive before, during, and after our stay. The House is exactly as described, facing the beach, newly renovated and clean. We had a little unforeseen with the front door of the house, which was jammed, and the wi-fi signal was not the best, but nothing that impacted our stay. The beach is a few meters from the entrance of the house and has three or four restaurants serving lunch, portions and drinks throughout the day. Local commerce is quite limited, it is recommended to take with you the groceries you intend to use, as well as repellent.

I spent an amazing weekend at Larissa's house, with my sisters and my mother, we all love the stay, the house is wonderful, clean, spacious, Larissa was wonderful with us, kindly, always answered the messages quickly, was super flexible with our checkout, we love it, we will come back, for sure. My stay was just amazing! The house is wonderful, exactly as described in the listing, with everything working perfectly and very well taken care of. My family's stay was simply amazing! I booked to take my 14-month-old children to see the sea, and it was the best choice we made. We were very well advised by the host Mr. Roberto, who gave us all the instructions and tips regarding the site. The house is extremely cozy, with impeccable and smelling bed and bathing suits, kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bathrooms with clean towels, as well as, all necessary items for bathing. Also, they all have accessibility bars, which pleased us too much, due to my mother-in-law's mobility problem. All rooms have fans and doors, which gave us more security due to my children's access control to the pool. The outdoor area is beautiful, huge backyard with a surreal view and a large, clean pool. Dona Cida (homemade) can't even be talked about, an amazing person, with a great heart, who was always on standby to help us. We'll be back for sure!

We were well served, the house is the same as the photos.. big and very cozy. The very clean and organized rooms, we went in 10 people and accommodated very well. has 4 bathrooms, 3 with shower. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, the refrigerator super catering, microwave and stove.. I didn't miss anything! The barbecue went well too, the pool is not much bigger than the one to cool off... it has sun chairs by the pool. The house is older, more clean, well organized and cozy, I felt in a country house... with plenty of plants around the house. It is 2 blocks from the beach is super close, we went every day on foot. The house is next to a parking lot, this brings us more security the house has an electric fence on freight, so it's very safe. Super recommend! I intend to come back more often.

I took a few days to take my parents for a short rest and this accommodation was perfect for that. The comfortable, well-equipped, air-conditioned apartment, spacious, clean bathrooms… The condominium is a resort! Swimming pool, whirlpool, amazing landscaping, beach service, fitness center, sea view… The attentive, helpful, communicative... staff have made all the difference! Certainly, this is a great hosting option!

My stay was very good. Apartamento exatamemte as announced. The differentials were the parking space in the garage, which is not rotating, as well as the check-in and check-out times. It's close to bakery, restaurant and mall. We plan to go back.

This apartment is in a great part of town-Gonzaga. The beach is great with easy walking only 1 block. Grocery store, well stocked just across the street. The apartment has everything you would need. Airconditioning works well. Nice deck with views of the city and the beach. I would REALLY recommend the apartment. Plus, Sandra, your host, was responsive, and gave us a list of excellent restaurants. Finally, she hires a great cleaning person who came every weekday.

The apartment is very nice and has a beautiful view. Well-maintained, with a full kitchen, very clean. The shower is electric and hot. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very quiet and well-maintained (airbnb renters are not allowed to use a sauna and gym). The beach is easily accessible by the stairs or the jeeps of the condominium. The beach is very beautiful, and the beach service is very good. The beach bar (exclusive to the condominium) serves delicious portions. Raquel is a great amphirian, flexible, easy to communicate and objective. I really enjoyed staying there, I hope to come back more often.
