Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perrysburg Township

Highly recommended. Newly and well renovated place that looked just like the pictures. It was extremely clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and more. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows each bed. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. The gas fireplace was nice since we were there on a very cold weekend. I honestly had no complaints about this house. They went above and beyond providing things like snacks, food, coffee, hot chocolate, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, dog bags, dog toys, and dog bowls. Everything you could need and more. The pair of hosts always responded quickly and politely and were even able to accomodate us staying an extra night when something came up on our trip. The area is very nice as well. The house at the end of a dead end street so it was very quiet with almost no cars driving around. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 10mins as well. I am looking forward to staying here again.

I was in town with my family for a funeral and needed this booking very last minute. Lyndsey was great with communication and very helpful throughout our stay. The location and house itself were great.

Patricia and Brandon were amazing hosts! They were flexible on getting us into the home sooner and allowed us to extend our stay. There was a Furance issue during our stay and Brandon had it fixed immediately. I would recommend Patricia and Brandon as hosts and definitely stay in another Airbnb owned by them. The house was clean, organized and in a safe location for my family!

Sarah’s place was absolutely wonderful. She was a great host and was flexible with check in times and working with us with bad weather! I would recommend this location for anyone staying the Bowling Green area.

Second stay ....BGSU Club Gymnastics competition. Feels like returning home...so comfortable and welcoming. Close to campus and restaurants. Special amenity touches, lovely interior decorating makes it our "go to" location for BGSU visits.

Our stay couldn't have been better. Carrie is such a thoughtful host. I've stayed in several Airbnb's, and she is by far the best. While I am sure the place is spectacular in the warmer months, it is in the winter as well. We loved looking at the frozen lake. The area was so serene. It snowed, and they were thoughtful enough to shovel the driveway. They also checked on us to make sure we were ok. The Valentines decorations were so cute. I loved listening to the windchimes! I also appreciated that they were always quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. The whole place was spotless. This is the first time I have stayed and felt like it was ok to use the plates and such without washing them first. Everything was perfect, and we hope to go back! Thank you so much for everything Carrie!

The stay was very cozy and private in a nice neighborhood with lots of room to park. This room is in the basement of a home and it was very spacious for the two of us. We felt very comfortable here and definitely recommend to any duo looking for a nice comfy spot in the quiet town of toledo.

Easy check in. Conveniently location was great for our wedding we had to attend. Would highly recommend. Place was great kitchen was immaculate and had all the amenities(gas stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

We had the most wonderful time and we felt treated like royalty. Susan welcomed us to a kitchen full of goodies (fancy ones) and Christmas stockings! We already miss her place, everything was perfect! Thank you, Susan and Charlotte!

Great place to stay. I always try to stay there when I'm working in Toledo. Nice and quiet, very clean, and wonderful people to work with.

This stay was amazing. We enjoyed every moment. Evgeniya was a great host. She was very accommodating and proactive. The house was spacious and beautiful. There were many place to choose from to eat and enjoy Toledo.

Sonny was great to my girlfriend and I while we were in town for a weekend. He recommended the glass blowing demonstration at the art museum, and we were “blown” away by how cool it was getting to see the process. He was also very responsive and even happened to let me know that I left my dome light on in my car (nice save!). The Airbnb was exactly as posted in terms of photos and description. Hot water and a comfy bed are always appreciated, and both were provided. Will return next time we’re in the area!

Great place, great location as it was walkable to bars and restaurants. Would 100% stay at this location again when we visit BGSU.
