It is an amazing villa. Everything is perfect. Location is great as it is very near from the evenings. Definitely, it will be my first option when I come to Dubai again.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had all the details I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. One of the highlights was the little thoughtful touches the host provided, like complimentary snacks and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly felt at home and will definitely be booking again on my next visit. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located place with an outstanding host, this is it. Highly recommend!

The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

The 9 Palms Villa was a lovely place to stay for the week. The neighborhood was quiet, the villa and outside areas were cozy and welcoming. We had a great stay and would come back again. The host and co host were responsive and very helpful - check in / out were easy.

Overall a good experience. Walking distance to the national museum and corniche with nearby shops. Check in experience could be improved as we swapped between FJ5 and FJ7 so there was an issue with booking which meant a few heated phone calls to sort out and a delay of about 2 hours. Overall I would recommend this place.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, and the view was absolutely breathtaking - our favorite part of the trip. A couple of small improvements: more storage options or surfaces to place items in the bedrooms, and extra power outlets or extenders would be helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely return!

The apartment was amazing everything was clean and neat, 5 minutes walk to the beach and we can access the mall through the same building. The owner offered us a free vouchers to marassi beach, i would definitely come back again.

The apartment is really clean, tidy, new and has every thing you need to stay. It's like in the pictures. Very quiet location with no transport at sight, you need to move by car. Beach is walking distance, but there are no many services on the area. I recommend it for a restful stay.

The apartment was great for my stay in Dubai and as described. Alex was very responsive and helpful with anything needed. Self Check in was easy and location was good. Bus stop right in front if needed and goes to Mall of Emirates where there is a metro station. Everything was clean. Also appreciate the welcome pizza after a day of travelling. Thanks Alex

It was nice stay at Abdullstif’s apartment in Umm Al Quwain . The apartment was neat and clean with all required stuff . It was so comfortable to spend the break and visit beautiful beaches, ZOO , Fort and other attractions of Umm Al Quwain .

Great place with a wonderful location. The views from the terrace were breathtaking. Jbr walk is right there with all the amazing restaurants. I really loved spending my evenings with my friend and family at the terrace. The rooms were nice and clean. Just a little drawback was that only one of the rooms had an attached bathroom but which was not a big problem. Overall a great place would love to stay there again. Highly recommended. 👍🏻❤️

I stayed here for a week with my family. Nalla and Sabine were great hosts. The apartment was neatly maintained and the views out the flat were stunning. Would definitely come and stay here again in the future!

Stay at this Airbnb was fantastic. We have booked this Airbnb for a small re-union of our college friends. Only two apartments were there in the floor, we felt the stay very private. Views from the apartment are really great. Host has provided us clear instructions for seamless check-in and other aspects. Lot of wonderful restaurants to dine in near by this Airbnb. Beach walk is really awesome. Apartment was provided with all the amenities. Carrefour supermarket is few steps away to get all the necessary things for the stay. Hosts Sanaz and Schahin were really responsive for all our queries.We wish to stay again in our next trip to Dubai.

The apartment adjusted to what we were looking for for a group of 10 people. Everything clean and tidy, with sheets, towels and what we need. The location is excellent, close to the marina where there is a lot of activity, also close to the public transport stations. Finally, the host, very attentive to us, if we were missing something, if we were good the apartment... Highly recommended….

Hi everyone looking for Airbnb in DUBAI don’t know where to stay confused this is the place Al khali gate no 1 has all the bus access that takes you directly to Marina and jumehra area . 5 mins walk has a mini mall supermarket pharne everything . Now abot the host he is the sweetest person I have come across we had to leave to India little early due to medical emergency but Michael was the sweetest guy he helped us so much . He is a great guy due to bad weather our flight was delayed he stayed up all night so we don’t have a difficulty checking in . Who does that ????? Best place and great host I highly recommend everyone to book this place ❤️
