Cottage holiday rentals in Perth

Just came back from a fabulous two night stay at the old dairy. Ainslie made sure the heating and lights were on for us arriving back at the property on our first night whilst we attended a wedding which was made us feel so very welcome. There was some breakfast bits for the following day in the fridge, plenty of towels, coffee pods, hot chocolate sachets etc kitchen was well equipped. Log burner was a lovely extra as well! absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I even forgot a phone charger & ainslie was straight round to let me borrow one! 10/10 host so friendly and accommodating and would recommend this place to anyone! A very kind woman runs this place & anyone booking will not be disappointed - highly recommend!!! A very cute & quirky stay! Thanks you again for such a lovely stay.

This was my third stay here and won’t be the last, everything you will need for a stay is provided, host is excellent and very responsive, just a short drive away from Edinburgh and Glasgow so good and central for exploring.

Perfect cottage for a quiet getaway! The space was exactly as it was advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, all information clearly communicated before our stay. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a relaxing couple of nights away!

Had an amazing stay, would 100% rebook for another stay. Cottage was absolutely spotless, hot tub was also immaculate and one of the best we have been to. Was surprised there was no TV but it didn't bother us at all as we were there for a good catch up and spent most of our time in the hot tub.

Wow!!! What a holiday we had! Surroundedings are absolutely stunning!! And the cottage - cozy, clean, full of character and the hosts made us feel right at home! The small things like the sustainable products, extra shampoo and soaps in case anything was forgotten and even a full ice tray on our first night made us feel like the hosts really cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible! We had the best time and loved every moment - thank you so much!!

Capo Farmhouse is a true gem to find. From the clear and accurate pictures you can really see what the house & surrounding area is going to be. What the pics do not convey is how spacious and private the house is. This is an incredible part of the world and using Capo Farmhouse (&cottages) as a base to explore from is an honour. And, if you want to stay close to 'home' the Farmhouse is absolutely the best place to do this. They have a great array of games, the hot tub, the beautiful gardens and lovely walks close by without having to drive. We would highly recommend the Farmhouse and the standout features for us are the cosy feel of the place with the fire on. The ridiculously comfortable beds. The amazing surroundings and how private & peaceful it is. Just remember to take your own coffee!

Lovely quiet spot and the house was everything we wanted.

Anne’s place is a great find—well-provisioned, cosy, quiet, and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Anne went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering a flexible check-in and surprising us with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, chocolate, and a great selection of coffees and teas. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the sofa provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Limekilns itself is a charming village with a friendly atmosphere and scenic coastal views. There are excellent options for eating and drinking, whether you’re in the mood for a cosy pub meal or something a little more refined. It’s easy to see why this would be such a wonderful place to live, and we would love to return in the future.

Boot Cottage is such a lovely place. It is so cosy inside, yet with plenty space too. The hosts have thought of everything; from Pintrest worthy decorating all the way to the everyday basics. The cottage is in such an ideal location- it is cutely tucked-in off the main road, with beautiful views of the hills, birds, and garden. You can walk to the shops within 10-15mins max or drive the couple of minutes. Big shops (Tesco and Lidl) are easy to get to, as well as lovely smaller shops and takeaways. Parking was always available on the road next to the cottage. Couldn't fault the cottage at all and would love to stay there again. Laura was kind and friendly to speak to, and very responsive.

We had a great stay despite the very rainy February weather. The cottage was comfy and cosy (we made the most of the woodburner!), with wildlife and mountain views from every window. Such a treat to watch red squirrels just outside the kitchen window and see just about every kind of garden bird - plus the chickens, Jethro the goose and Milly and Fergus the friendly dogs :) Tim and Judy were brilliant hosts - hopefully we'll be back soon!

We had the most relaxing week here. Carole was so helpful and responsive especially when the weather caused some disruptions to the roads. I have 2 young children and a teenager who all want to go back! And the dog 😁

Have stayed in cottage several times, love it. Had a great catch up with old workmates in very cosy setting.

Our third stay in this lovely cosy cottage. The fire, heating, furnishings and festive touches all added to the experience. There was a tray of goodies, fluffy white towels, a large comfortable bed and everything we needed for our stay. Right by the beach, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and an easy walk to the local pub and supermarket.

We were visiting family so the location was perfect. Being right on the high street close to all amenities that we needed. Host was quick to respond and kept us up to date with check in and out. Thank you we would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our needs. Duncan was a very welcoming and friendly host who did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable even providing some food essentials for breakfast. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely three day stay in this very cute, comfortable and cosy cottage. It has a beautiful location and is well located for exploring Fife. The cottage is very well equipped and they even provided delicious fresh bread. Many thanks.

Ellen had great communication and made sure that everything was in place for our trip as we were catering a Christmas dinner cooked by chef. The ample furniture was such a bonus and it was very comfortable. The location is stunning so much so that whilst on my stay there I decided to put in an offer on a property around the corner to live out my retirement there!!!!! We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was spacious, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of clean towels, a variety of cookware for preparing meals, and even a selection of spices. A special thank you to the hosts for the lovely gift basket, it was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back!

What can I say about this cottage? Outstanding, absolutely beautiful it has everything you would ever need. The cottage is very clean and well laid out. Lynda is the best host so responsive at all times and sometimes proactive. We had a power cut after the recent storm, Lynda offered to move me to a hotel or another cottage. I decided to stay and put up with the power outage which was really cosy with candles burning and the log fire lit. The real lovely surprise is when you turn off the road down the track to the cottage and you see the Loch which you cross a causeway to get the cottage, amazing. It’s a place I definitely want to return to return to for a holiday. So thank you for letting me use your amazing place Lynda I hope to stay again 👍
