Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay! Teresa was always quick to respond to any questions, which made everything so easy. The house was spotless—really clean and comfortable—and in a great location for exploring the area. We thoroughly recommend staying here and would happily return.

Beautiful flat and Sarah is a really nice host! 5 min walk to the beach and about 25 min walk to train station.

We had an excellent stay in Xaviers place with our two teenagers and the grandma. Everything was perfect, the location, the colour- and tasteful decoration of the house, the cleanliness and the 2 minutes walk to the sea, shops and restaurants.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We’ve just returned from a brilliant stay at Marge in Brighton and honestly, we couldn’t have wished for more. The property is quirky, beautifully appointed, and full of character — a real gem. Everything was spotlessly clean, stylish, and so thoughtfully put together. We loved exploring Brighton — the weather was kind to us, and we made the most of it with loads of pub and restaurant visits. We easily racked up 20,000 steps a day! Even our dog had a great time (although we practically had to carry him home by the end!). Back at Marge, we had everything we needed to cook, relax, and unwind. The private sun-trap patio was a real bonus, and the cinema room made for a great evening treat. We slept like logs — comfy beds and peaceful nights all round. Huge thanks to our hosts — this place really is something special. We’d absolutely stay again without hesitation.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

We had the perfect stay. It was a home away from home with little touches like kids books, games and movies. It's ideal for walks along the beach in all weather. Gill was a brilliant host. Friendly, helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The park has lots to do and it within walking distance of Seasalter beach and Whitstable. We'd highly recommend and come back. Great spot for a visit to Camber Sands and the surrounding area. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the park and walking distance to the beach. Beautiful view over the fields behind, very peaceful. Great base to visit the area - Rye, Hastings etc. we loved our break here. The caravan was perfect for us -clean, well presented with essentials and very relaxing.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

Sandra was very quick to respond and was very helpful. The caravan was perfect for what we needed and with an added bonus of a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. It was a shame the pool was closed when the site advertised it as open, but this did not affect how great the caravan was.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Family weekend Six adults and five grandchildren- there was plenty of space. We all love being able to walk straight on to the beach.

We've been doing self-catering for decades and this is now top of our list. Our welcome package was a generous and thoughtful assortment of seasonal goodies, catering for both adults and little ones. We didn't venture far from the house as the children were more than happy with the beach at the front and the large back garden; the icing on the cake was hearing the toot toot of the little steam train and running to the end of the garden to wave as it chugged past. Jo was so flexible with arrival and departure times. That extra couple of hours on the final day meant we could end our holiday with a lie-in and a leisurely family breakfast, rather than the usual frantic rush. The house is tastefully furnished and well stocked with children's toys. It's very dog -friendly too, with treats, blankets and a safe garden for a runaround. I would highly recommend the Beach House.

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

We would definitely recommend this house. Janet was a great host, always responsive, and we really appreciated the early check-in and the provisions in the fridge. The house felt like home straight away and had everything we needed. It was lovely to be right opposite the beach. We really liked Hythe and the surrounding area and will definitely come back.

We’ve been coming to Brighton fairly regularly for 10 years and Janye’s house has been the best accommodation we’ve found. A peaceful spot, perfectly sized for our family of 4, tastefully decorated and with a car park space, which is a premium in Brighton. The best thing for us though is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes the other way is Preston street which is full of restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Laines with its independent shops, cafes etc. and only a few doors away is a great pub - the lion and lobster. Would highly recommend and we will we will try to book again when we’re next visiting.
