Had a great stay in Francis's apartment! Nice spacious apartment, very clean. Francis is also very kind and quick to respond to questions! I will definitely come back! I would recommend this apartment!

We had a very nice stay in this functional apartment, well decorated and well-equipped, very clean, good bedding. Private parking in front of the windows. We did not regret our choice, we left it with regret. Good relationships with Richard.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying with Carinne, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her! From the moment I arrived, she was there to greet me warmly, making me feel at home right away. The apartment is very well exposed, large and spacious for 2 people; not to mention a common bike room very easily accessible near the private parking lot, another great advantage. The view from the apartment is superb. When we stayed there, work was in progress to make the entire Avenue de la Côte Vermeille pedestrian and cycling. It will only be better for the tranquility of this accommodation no motorized vehicles will pass in front. Pierre is very responsive and the explanations are clear. Thanks to him.

This is an excellent and comfortable apartment in a quiet and leafy area of Perpignan. The flat is spacious enough for 2-3 people for a long stay (I went with my husband) and the balcony provides an wonderful outdoor space where to relax after a long day at work. All the amenities are as you see them in the description and the pictures. The public swimming pool across the road is a gem.

We had a lovely stay at Sophie’s place. She was very helpful and the property was in a perfect location. Neo the loveable and friendly border collie was a massive hit with our children. The baskets in the kitchen are helpful to carry all your items down to the pool/outside seating as the apartment doesn’t have a balcony to sit on. The pool is stunning and big enough to share with others and not feel overcrowded. The highlight for me was the location, a few minutes walk to shops/bakery/restaurants, and the art market was wonderful! Serignan is a welcoming and very friendly village with something going on every day/evening! Thank you for hosting us Sophie.

i would recommend Elisabeth's home. a very welcoming, friendly host. the accommodation is perfect! the decor is perfect, there is absolutely nothing missing, Elisabeth thinks of everything! small attention in the fridge for breakfast( butter, jam, orange juice, bottle of water). there are even slippers to get comfortable! i felt extremely good there. i'll come back as soon as I move to Perpignan! thanks Elisabeth!

The space is even better than in the photos. It is decorated with a lot of tastes I loved it moreover it is well located. I recommend it without hesitation and a small special mention for Vincent who is a really nice host. Thanks for the stay. ☺️

compared to others at the same price we go up in range here, we will come back to Françoise because close to the work on the road and for the super quiet area with all comforts. for once that kindness and no text to ask for the 5 stars... self check-in and yet, sir spends a few seconds just to make sure that everything is fine 5 minutes after check-in... I warn of my departure and ma'am comes by to make sure that everything is okay.. private and closed parking outdoor space,bottle of water, tea and coffee offered ( the machine without the pods is usual and rather average, here we have a few pods in order to enjoy them)

Very clean and functional accommodation. Very nice air conditioning. Very good contact with Ruth and very good hospitality from Virginia. Access to the city center 15-20 min walk but you have to cross the St Jacques district not very safe in the evening (mother/daughter stay for us), plan to pick up the car. We managed to park on the street or the surrounding ones every day.

A nice apartment for a weekend getaway. Julien gave me very clear instructions on how to check in and out. And gave me tips on where to go around the area. It was a very quiet neighbourhood and although there wasn’t many places open at this time of year we managed to find great spots to have lunch. The apartment is great for a short stay with a balcony to relax on. The cat was lovely and very affectionate. I would recommend this place for a little getaway.

Pleasant accommodation, easy to access and well-equipped. Little extra for the bedding which was very comfortable (appreciated after an evening at the Grands Buffets!). Eric welcomed us very warmly. The explanations were clear, and the organization was at its best.

Olivier is very welcoming, discreet but also very responsive to our questions. small touches like the petals on the bed and in the bathroom as well as the coffee and tea provided. The bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast (optional) is very well served and hearty.

Luxury apartment, with ideal location for those wishing to visit Perpignan on foot. Well worth a day trip! My children and I took advantage of his services and it was very nice.
