Beach house holiday rentals in Philippines

The beach house is beautiful—warm, cozy, and just the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer. Sally and John were wonderful, always helpful and welcoming. Our family really enjoyed our time at the seacamp, and we’d love to come back, maybe in April when the currents are calmer. It was a bit windy and rainy during our stay, so we didn’t get to swim as much as we’d hoped, but I can only imagine how perfect this place must be in April or May. The peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views made it a trip to remember. We can’t wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Balay by the Sea. I was quiet, private, adequate basic amenities. It was as advertised. The on-site property attendants, Ogie and Beny were very courteous and very attentive to our needs. They made us feel at home and well cared for. The bathrooms and kitchen could use a little bit more cleaning to make them spotless and odor-free. The beach is good but it was too windy during our stay so the water became a bit murky and the waves a bit frightening for an average swimmer. It would have been nice if there was a spa or jacuzzi stub in the property for such an occasion. Ceiling fans in the dining and patio areas would have been nice as well. The general location of the property is very convenient as a base camp for touring Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur tourist destinations. The final few hundred meters leading to the property is very narrow and lined with shabby houses. It could be rather disconcerting for first-time visitors the Philippines.

I love everything about my stay at Evangeline’s place - It’s above 5 Stars. We felt at home during my stay , the staff’s( Lezel, Arlene and all others ) services were above and beyond - they were always assisting whenever you need help -very warm and friendly people. The house is so clean and, spotless. The house is located by the beach, so you can hear the sound of the waves that provide so much serenity especially at night- super romantic ! My whole family really had so much fun during their stay . Since we were not familiar at the location, the Host was very helpful assisting whatever we needed by referring us ( Massage , Private Chef - the best cook , and others )! Can’t wait to come back to this place , Very highly recommended! Thank you so much Evangeline for your perfect house and Staff, keep up the good work ! Love you guys 💕

Highly recommend and my family loves the place due to the location is besides the beach in a not so crowded spot. Juliano and his father responds quickly to our inquiries and requirements. Such a warm hearted hosts. Shall be returning given the chance.

We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

The place is so beautiful & relaxing. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the hustle & bustle & crowded beach front area. Well-maintained & having a private jacuzzi and heated pool is a rare find. Very responsive host and helpful staff. We definitely wanted to go back and try the other Asalea properties.

This location exceeded our expectations. Near our favorite dive shop, next door to one of the best restaurant and bars (Baha Ba’r), and still private enough to feel secluded. I would certainly stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Sophia's House beautiful and cozy place! From the moment we arrived, David was incredibly warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he was very hospitable and always ready to assist us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He also helped us book a tour and ensured we were with a trusted and reliable driver/guide, which made our experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. the place was well thought out and designed beautifully. We had an issue with the AC on our first day and our host transferred us to their larger casita as soon as we told them. The beach is a few minutes away from the Casita, but you have an option to be shuttled to and fro by the caretakers. We all had a great time! thank you!

Our team stayed in this house for our Team Building and we had an amazing experience! The host was very accommodating with all our questions and requests. The rooms and beds provided were all very spacious so even though there were 9 of us staying in the house, it didn’t ever feel suffocating. There were a total of 3 bathrooms (2 were outside the main house but still very accessible) so it made getting ready much easier, especially since we were all girls! Since the main bathroom is also quite big, it didn’t ever feel too cluttered despite having to share it with multiple people! The back patio space was very useful for our activities and it also became a preferred working space for most of our team who wanted to do some work yet still want to have a view of the sea. The area is also very quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by greenery so you can really take in the vibe of Camiguin. Would highly recommend this place for a long-trip with a big group!

White's place is amazing!. What really got me sold is the vibe of the place, very relaxing especially the panoramic view in the master's bedroom. White was very helpful and always updates me if something happens during my stay with any of the amenities. He is very easy to reach out to and very accommodating, and always makes sure you have what you need. My goal is to relax and unwind from the city life and it definitely made my trip worth it. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Villa Marikit truly felt like a home away from home. The place is exactly as described—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. Coordinating with Charo, Raymund, and their on-ground team was effortless. Their proactive communication made our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect—close enough to Urbiztondo’s famous spots yet tucked away just enough to offer a sense of peace and exclusivity. It was the best of both worlds, allowing us to enjoy the energy of LU while having a quiet retreat to return to. The house itself is well-equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and there are plenty of common areas to relax and hangout as a group. Overall, our stay at Villa Marikit was nothing short of amazing. Until our next LU trip! ✨

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. We definitely had a great stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the hosts including their caretaker was smooth as well. The only downside was a scheduled electrical and water interruption in the area, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will be back!! 🤙🏼

The stay was very relaxing and great for the family of all ages. It was also the first time I had bought my dog along for a vacation and it was perfect for her. Overall I would recommend this place to families with young children and pets who want a relaxing weekend but also with the option of doing some activities

The entirety of everything exceed our expectations. My colleagues' first expression when we arrived and saw the place is "WOW". The place is great for intimate events, or small family gatherings. Fully equipped kitchen, which you can use for table setting. Bathroom is clean, as well as the towel, linen, bedroom and the entire property. Worth it for its price.

we stayed at the place for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. the beach is in walking distance (about 2mins away) and the restaurants we chose were only 5mins away by car. the hosts were really nice and helpful. we plan on staying at the place again the next time we are in LU.

The beach property was cozy and private. A perfect place for spending time with friends and family. The host was accommodating and responsive.

They staff was amazing, from helping with ideas for activities to arranging rides. I happily paid extra for help with the cooking. The cook cooked very tasty local dishes which I loved by my noticeable weight gain😅. Money well spent. If you have a chance I would suggest that you do the same. You won't regret it I promise. Overall a great time and a very restful getaway that I will gladly do again.
