Holiday rentals in Pho Phra

Fantastic location with fantastic hosts! Emmanuel and Chloe went out of their way to make sure our stay went smoothly. Very quick, no, instant repsonses, help in any way we needed and in many ways we did not even expect it. Good location to have a quite time in the sun, yet only a short drive from the busy Hin. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Orchid. The pool was an amazing and the house really spacious. The house was fully equipped with everything y thing we needed for our long stay. The location is a trek into town if you are doing it often. We always managed to get a grab and grab groceries was very convenient. If you are there for a relaxing break or with children the restaurant events can get very loud and often carry on until the early hours of the morning. If you are up for a party and want to take part then it’s a great place for you. Overall we really enjoyed our time here, with lots of lovely memories.

This is a great place to stay. This is a quiet place to rest. Particularly good The space is spacious, so your mind is comfortable, quiet, the sound of birds at the foot of the mountain is nice, and you can see the sea in the distance Watching the sunrise from the spacious terrace The kitchen is enough.. If you're looking for weaknesses, 1. Location - It's ambiguous We had a rental car so there was no problem. Highly recommended for those who have been remt 2. There is no washing machine 3. Only 2 towels are provided, so it's a little inconvenient We had extra towels which was fine but I would like to provide this a bit generously.

The property is remote but clean, and the security guards are warm and responsible.The inside of the place was basically as described, it was not nice that there were no screens windows and only close the doors and windows to open the air conditioner to keep the mosquitoes out.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Leena's place in Cha-am. The location is perfect, being right on the beach and beside the Sailing Club, and near enough a hut where you could have your daily massage fix. The unit has a fantastic view of the water, with the pool fronting the sea. We would wake up to see the waves, and drink to sunsets from her balcony. The photos on the website are accurate, although I'd say seeing the place itself was even more awesome. Our two sons especially loved it - the extra room had two beds which they preferred, and Vimanlay has a gym where they could work out. The bathrooms in the unit are spotless, we even had a welcome fruit tray, and we loved the convenience of getting drinking water from the front office. We cooked a few meals together - but could not forego the opportunity to have excellent Thai food for our dinners. Vimanlay is a short drive (or 16 minute walk) to the "village" where restaurants like Harry's (for excellent pizza and pasta) and The Village are located, as well as a bevy of massage places. This back route to Novotel is a quieter option than taking the highway. (Go visit the Gravity Bar at the Novotel too - has a great vista of Cha-am, being the highest bar in the area). Cha-am is about a 20-minute drive to Huahin - and from there, you add a few more minutes to get to the center of town due to the traffic. We certainly preferred to drive out to Huahin for our activities: kiting, golf, night market shopping, massages, etc. and then just do the relaxing drive back to Huahin. Closer to Vimanlay, you can visit the factory outlets or Santorini Water Park, or the ATV Park. If you're thinking of renting a vehicle, just arrange for it with Leena and the wonderful Vimanlay team. It was so convenient for us to move around this way - you may then just rent a van to pick you up from the place for the ride back to Bangkok (or wherever your next destination is). Of course the train in Huahin is also an option (we did arrive by the morning train on our first day), but we much preferred the more comfortable ride right up to our apartment in the Bangkok after our holiday. The Vimanlay is staffed by a very professional team, who made sure we enjoyed our stay. They kept the place clean, and anticipated all our needs. The security and maintenance folks were wonderfully pleasant and always had a smile for us. All in all, we had a wonderful family reunion, made especially so by having Leena's wonderful place as our base. Thank you, Leena for sharing your home with us :) we will be sure to stay at Vimanlay should we find ourselves again in Huahin.

Great to visit with family and friends, really enjoyed beautiful nature around the villa. Little bit far away from store restaurants.

Lampu's house was a great find. The house is artistically designed. She has put a thought in every corner of the house. She makes her guests feel very welcome and special- the warmth of a Thai hospitality. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I especially love the veranda which has a small creek next to it. So perfect for sipping wine in the evenings. The location is not far from any sightseeing spots or restaurants and cafes if you have your own transportation. I will rebook Lampu’s house in an instant if I ever visit Amphawa again.
