Holiday rentals with a pool in Pia

A few very pleasant days spent at Sandra and Sylvain's. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished farmhouse. Thanks to Sandra for her responsiveness during our exchanges and to Elodie on our departure (and for the rousquilles on arrival😊).

Sylvie is very friendly and helpful. Ideal house to spend a few days, the perfect pool. Everything was great.

A place like this is hard to find. Perfect hosts. Friendly and helpful but they respect the privacy of there guests. The tiny house is well equiped. The private heated pool was pure luxury. So quiet. Lovely village. We explored the environment by bike. We recommend this place and we are happy that we found this place and that it was available.

A great stay at François's, a very friendly person, attentive and always present if needed. We celebrated a friend's surprise birthday there and the place is absolutely quiet not to mention the beautiful pool that gives this stay a big plus! I would recommend everyone to go there without hesitation and take the time to chat with François who is a more than kind person 😁

Anne is a perfect host, attentive and very responsive as well as Me Viard. the apartment is very tidy and comfortable in every way: bedding, air conditioning, living space, terrace etc. We had a wonderful time with the family.

No complaints about cleanliness, the accommodation is very well equipped and the owners have everything planned to make us comfortable as soon as we arrive (cool bottles, ice cubes, cupcakes): THANK YOU for your attention . Parking next to the property , secure. Neighborhood , and very quiet residence. Very nice view of the pool and sea. Very welcoming and friendly hosts.

My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!

Beautiful villa. We stayed with the entire family for a week, 14 people from 2 to 65 years old. Everyone has each found their activities to meet on the large terrace in the evening.
