Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Giulia and her parents have been very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is as described and in perfect conditions, clean and with everything needed. It's super well connected and from the train station you can walk to the city center or jump on a train or bus to reach all corners of the Bologna surrouding areas. Finally it feels refreshing to stay in a place that is managed by a family, has a personal touch and you feel taken care of ...much better than all the other anonymous real estate agencies of Bologna.

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was great for our family (1.5yo and 4yo) with plenty of space for our stay. Location is very central and the hosts recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

This is already my second time staying with Antonio and Alessandra and I can only confirm my great positive feedback! Apart from dealing with very kind people, always available and very welcoming, both their apartments are modern, very clean, equipped with all kinds of needs and super comfortable to get around both by bus and on foot. It's just a few minutes away on foot and you're already inside the walls of Porta San Felice. Highly recommended! ❤️

We were guests in this apartment, clean well, with comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms with large shower, living room and kitchen, also spacious, in the apartment there is everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The bus stop that leads to the center is very close. The host was friendly and gave us a lot of information, he was always very helpful.

Check-in is located next door to the house and offers the possibility of free luggage storage before and after taking advantage of the apartment. Thelatter decidedly large and comfortable equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in the heart of Bologna.

5 stars isn’t enough for how amazing and perfect Serena’s place was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We never met Serena but we had the pleasure of meeting Concetta twice and she was very lovely and went out of her way to drive us to and from town (not a long walk but with our bags it was a bit farther then I wanted to walk 😅). But the apartment was wonderful - especially the bathtub! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend to everyone! If you’re lucky enough that this place is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!!!

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Elena was wonderful! She met us at midnight for our checkin, and made us feel right at home. Her apartment is spacious, with high ceilings, balconies, and a great kitchen. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and a short walking distance from Via Saragozza, with its beautiful porticos. Elena was immediately responsive when we had questions. She arranged for taxis when we needed, and we had an amazing dinner at a local trattoria, thanks to her recommendation and reservation on our behalf. We will definitely stay here again!

We were warmly welcomed by Angelo. He provided us with many useful tips around the area and was always accessible and also on site. The apartment is very quiet. It's a perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic and the garden was very well maintained and you could relax wonderfully. We loved the waterfall nearby. By taking a good bath. You absolutely need a car to get to the nearest village. From the apartment to La Spezia it takes about 1 hour and to Pisa about 1.5 hours. We felt very comfortable.

Great location for a great price! Her apartment looks just like the pictures- even bigger in person. We loved the location- it was close to the train and all the sights. She was very communicative and responded quickly.

This apartment was so much better than we expected. The host went above and beyond doing some research into a venue for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is very large and easily fit the 3 couples we were travelling with. Without a doubt would stay here again

We enjoyed staying at Matteo's apartment. The apartment is really spacious and has easy space for 4 people. It is in walking distance to the city center (15min to the piazza maggiore) and has lots of cafe's around for breakfast and some restaurants too. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. The communication with Matteo was super easy and friendly. Matteo was very responsive and gave useful information. The only thing that needs to be highlighted is the parking situation. But it is not a particular issue of this apartment but the whole of Bologna. There is simply no space at all and if you come by car, expect it to be a pain. The best thing you can do is park in the garage indicated by Matteo or a if you are lucky you find a spot on a paid street parking or parking lot (use Easy Park app to pay and extend your parking). This is the worst city for cars I have ever visited, but Matteo was very clear about that and gave helpful tips what to do.

An incredible and rare location in the heart of Bologna. Definitely I recommend this place for some days in town. easy access to the downtown of Bologna, some coffee shops around and close to different see stores and restaurants. very clean, cozy place and beautiful balcony for a spring, summer or even autumn with a glass of wine or a drink on the light of the Moon.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

Very clean, quiet accommodation and close to the train station and the city center. The independent entry is very convenient. Loyal to the listing. Pay attention to your head if you are tall and read the instructions carefully because I was trapped with the operation of the elevator. Summer on the terrace must be even more enjoyable. I recommend it.
