What a great find! Amazing accommodation beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would expect from a quality let. Our host was on hand to answer any questions and the garage was a huge bonus

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Jan could not have been a more gracious and helpful host! The house is very comfortable and she has thought of everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had great meals at some of the restaurants she recommended!

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants can be reached easily by car. Frederica is a great hostess and she and her husband quickly solved problems. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all issues were resolved promptly. Near the property is the train station Orte, from there a train runs several times to Rome, which I can only recommend. Cheap, on time (not like DB) and Rome is a blast! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again if we find ourselves in the region again.

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

Our stay with Vinci, Mirella and Primo was unique! So dear people, helpful, generous and very very warm! We immediately felt at home! Vinci and Mirella's homemade cakes tasted great! Everything is great, we would have liked to have stayed longer!
