It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Recently renovated two-level apartment. 2 beautiful and quite comfortable bathrooms, the showers are not huge but comfortable, excellent water temperature management. Very clean. Comfortable. Parking in front of the door. TV is missing in the room. I'll definitely be back

This was a perfect stay! The accommodation is located in a quiet village, with a very nice view, really peaceful, while being close to amenities as well as the main cities to visit in the area. The space is rustic but not lacking in all amenities. Same baby amenities, at their best! Raffaele is super friendly, welcoming and available to give all the directions and suggestions. In short, it was an unforgettable stay in this beautiful region. Thanks so much Raffaele!

Maria Francesca is the nicest host, very accomodating and her place is beautiful. Exceptional location close to restaurants grocery stores, cafés, etc. with a gorgeous view of Assisi from the front balcony. The huge back terrasse is drenched in sunlight all day with a table in the shade; the perfect place for lunch or dinner al fresco. The appartment is fully equipped for cooking, laundry, etc. Highly recommended! F

A truly stunning property - probably the nicest in my 7 years of staying in Airbnb properties. An excellent host, greeted us at the property. Stunning decor, lovely hot tub and perfect central location. We will definitely be back.

I was already in love with Lake Campotosto,but living it from Stefano's house was a unique experience...the view,the silence interrupted only by animals (and my dogs),the infinity of stars to contemplate(in fact I brought the telescope and I would definitely like to point out this place to astrophiles like me)for what I paid for. Stefano's house is simply beautiful,cozy(like him),warm,comfortable and equipped with everything you need. One pamper for our dogs who were able to safely break free. Stefano is also a delight,he explains everything about the house and not only(excursions,food, surroundings),and chatting is truly a pleasure. I'll be back soon.

Luca and Alina were kind, helpful and discreet hosts. The apartment is spacious, new, well-furnished and welcoming; the location is a few kilometers from the sea and the main services, yet quiet and private. The outside and pool area are also well-kept and welcoming. The fact that it is not at sea level allows you to not suffer so much from the heat.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.
