I had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent — very close to the coast and within walking distance to all the restaurants. The place was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were new and extremely comfortable. The host was also amazing — super helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again!

Eugenio is a really kind, welcoming, and friendly character. He showed us the house and explained various things, including the history of the country and gave us some tips on walks. We'll definitely be back!

Even though we were not so lucky with the weather, we enjoyed this beautiful accommodation for 2 nights very much. Everything you need to spend a few nice days on this small island. The only thing we wouldn't do anymore is have breakfast at the recommended restaurant Delfino. There were no prices on the breakfast menu and all the more we were surprised at the crazy high prices for the few small things we ordered when we got the bill. Better to take something with you and prepare it in the beautiful kitchen and enjoy a fantastic view of the lake 😉

Marianna has a beautiful place and is a wonderful host. The views from the balcony are breathtaking! Marianna was helpful in how to find her address, she came to meet us at the bus stop and told us where to get off. Through out our stay she struck the balance of being available to help but without being intrusive. Lezzeno is a lovely base from which to explore the towns up and down the lake, it’s easy to travel by bus or boat to various villages like Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna. These places can be packed with tourists so it’s nice to come home to Lezzeno at the end of a day, which is much quieter and less ‘touristy’, a much more authentic feeling town where locals live. Lezzeno also has some fantastic places to eat. Osteria Il Governo 1801 is especially good and Crotto dei Pescatori is also great. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay from which to see all that Lake Como has to offer!

We had a wonderful week at Sophie's house! The accommodation is quietly located in a small alley and is perfect for excursions in the area. Sophie is a great host and we felt very much! We will be happy to come back! 😊

Our stay at Elisa and Gianni's place was fantastic! The space was generous, with breathtaking views stretching down the valley. Nestled in a peaceful location, it still offered easy access to everything we needed. Gianni even organised and led a bike ride for my partner, our 16-month-old son, and me through the beautiful countryside. We highly recommend it!

Caterina, welcomed us. And we had a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach and a convenience store. A little far from the city center but public transport is available very close to the accommodation and the train is a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is very quiet, very peaceful. It was hot but Caterina brought us fans. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful time at Edgar's place. The studio was perfect for my partner and our three year old. It's decorated very stylish, has everything you need and the view from the balcony is top. The surroundings of the house are wonderful as well, the pool is refreshing and Edgar even gave us a little tour through the vineyards. All in all a perfect stay, so perfect that we decided on the spot to extend and stay longer.

Our stay at Andrea’s house was exactly what we were looking for over Christmas. An incredibly cosy and comfortable house, with lots of space, a very relaxing living area in front of the fire and in a quiet location with beautiful views. Andrea was also an excellent host who was incredibly accommodating, responsive and very proactive in his communication about the house and all the necessary information for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Andrea and his house.

Great location, fantastic views, fantastic area, super friendly host. Being a guest at Claes' is simply wonderful. He surprised us with a welcome aperitif, which we enjoyed comfortably with him. He is very helpful, knows the area like the back of his hand and can therefore give great tips. The house is lovingly and stylishly furnished and very clean. The beds are awesome, you sleep super well in them. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool because it was too cold. But we would have liked to jump in anyway ... Anyone who chooses this place can look forward to a wonderful stay.

Everything was as described. Beautifully furnished, very clean. Ideal for two people. Everything great! It is certainly easier with a car; we were there by train and bus over Easter, which was not quite easy because the bus didn't run very much over the holidays. But we knew that in advance and was not a big problem for us.

Slavka+Salvatore are great hosts and very helpful. We had an issue with the car and Slavka helped us a lot with the workshop. Salvatore brought us a large basket of fresh tomatoes from the garden on the first day. The garden is huge and the area in front of the apartment is very nice for your own use. The apartment is quietly located in a residential area. The center with many shopping opportunities and the beach are about 5 minutes away by bike. It was a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back.

The interior is very nice with modern appliances and salvaged wood finishes. The beds are comfortable, even the stow away beds. It’s a beautiful, compact space.

The apartment is beautiful!! Stylish, cozy and yet modernly furnished with a cozy outdoor seating area with garden and surrounded by vines, very quiet and private. The region was affected by heavy storms at the time of arrival, yet thanks to Valentina, there was no lack of coziness and comfort! She even brought us a bottle of wine, gave us updates on the situation and was always available. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

I was checked in by Rocco. He explained everything well. + private swimming pool + beautiful environment + parking space( in and outside + balcony with view on the lake + washing machine + easy check in and out + cosy appartement + private residence, lots of green - plugs have 3 pins, mine didnt fit

i used the apartment for a month. The interior is modern, and looks like new. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The private parking space was very nice. It was also nice that there is a small supermarket very close by. Chiarandrea speaks very good English and responds quickly to texts. She and her parents are super friendly hosts ! I had a nice time at their apartment.

Brossasco is a quiet town, if you are looking to find yourself and live with wonderful people like Gabriela the neighbor below or Diego the baker, Evo from the food store, this is the perfect place. The house where you're going to stay is really nice and has a tub where you can relax after going for a walk to places like Venasca or Isasca that are very close. Every day is a new landscape. Stay here!

A really nice holiday home. Yes, it takes some getting used to not being able to drive to the apartment, but Carla described everything well and for that it was a great flair and no disturbing cars. The view is indescribable. I spent hours looking out the window. We almost only had rain and yet we felt comfortable, which had a lot to do with the gigantic view. But most importantly, the apartment is spotlessly clean. I did not notice a house dust allergy at the time! The whole apartment is simply equipped, but you have everything you need to prepare simple meals. We were provided with tips on what to do on a daily basis, which has often inspired us. And in the small place are a pizzeria and a small bar where you can also have breakfast, both with delicious food. The journey took some getting used to for us (narrow streets with many curves). A small car makes sense.

Christina is a very welcoming host, the villa consisting of two apartments is very functional. The very large terrace on the ground floor is very nice and allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The house is outside of the city but very close to shops and activities. Thanks for the weekend.
