Whether you're simply looking to escape the bustle of Madrid or you're exploring this part of Spain, we hope you'll feel at home in our spacious house and shared garden. Becerril is the perfect base for hiking or exploring. We're in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk from the town centre, where you'll find plenty of great restaurants. Our house is in the same garden. We're travelling this year so a friend is staying there while we are away. You'll share the garden and the pool with him.

It consists of a large living room/dining room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged on a single floor with no slope (the space on the lower floor is not rented). Located in the area of La Tijera, on a plot of 7000m2 of forest on the mountainside with spectacular views of the Tietar Valley. Ancient area of olive cultivation terraces now populated by oak, chestnut and strawberry trees.

Casa El Tejar, a tourist household, located in Las Navas Del Marqués (Avila) just 70 km from Madrid. The house has 90 m2, consists of 3 rooms, one with a single bed, one reading room with an extra bed, one with a double bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate two other people, all equipped with their corresponding kitchen , passing through a living room, terrace, full bathroom and kitchen. Has 6-seater occupancy Pets allowed in this home.

The Retreat

Forget the worries at this great place-it's an oasis of tranquility! There are many routes that go out to the mountain very close to home for the more intrepid. It is very close to the San Juan swamp to make the most of the good days!

The Higuera Anejo Mombeltran AVILA is a very small and cozy village located near Arenas de San Pedro, in a beautiful setting next to mountains and trees in the Sierra de Gredos. 8km from the Eagle Caves.

Enjoy the calm and nature around the San Juan Swamp. Where you can do a multitude of outdoor activities, hiking, water sports, mountain biking, climbing or just a barbecue with your family and friends.
