I spent New Year's Eve with my family, it was wonderful, we loved the house, close to everything. Rodolfo and his wife were super nice and helpful, I definitely recommend it.

Charming house, flawless cleaning and necessary utensils I loved the barbecue had not really seen anywhere it is fantastic. That campfire space we made amazing photos of the extremely well-stay grass stay. Improvement points and the shower of the couple's bedroom that is dangerous with him in the bathroom and heats up a lot . The entrance is also bad low cars impossible not to scratch the bumpers happened with our 2 cars I don't know if there is anything to make it easier. Overall I spent wonderful days celebrating my birthday with some friends and they all found the place maximum.

I went with family and friends to spend Christmas and the house was super cozy, the place very quiet, clean, we had very happy and quiet days in this house… we prepared the entire dinner in the house, it has all the utensils we needed… Dayane is always very attentive, delicate and empathetic. We'll be back more often. 🙏

We love Fernanda's house, Dalila is fantastic and we feel at home. Beside the Capivari park with the advantage of being super quiet. A super hot daily walk to the centrinho. The house is extremely cozy and comfortable. We love our days.

Our stay went further than expected, its cozy house, contains every necessary resource, with a wonderful view, we had a romantic and comfortable stay. Mr. Rafael super considerate and helpful... we had a delicious weekend, with the intention of returning for sure... The apartment is clean and organized, with great location, good garage, extremely friendly and helpful caretaker. Check-in was easy and flexible. The shower is excellent — very warm and with good flow. The double bed, however, has the very hard mattress. Unfortunately, during the stay, the internet did not work, which was a negative point. Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is cozy and perfect for spending cold days with the family. The high point of staying in this house is the chance to meet and count on Rosângela. It is the homemade and it offers a separate service and it is VERY worth it. It makes us enjoy the house even more with the support of Rosângela keeping the house always clean and organized.

I stayed 3 days more than the house is huge and who is cozy not to mention Rodrigo who gave 100% attention without words I hope to return 🙏🏻

Eduardo's place was absolutely fantastic! Everything and more than we expected. I booked his place for my family of 7 people to spend a couple of days to unwind after spending some time in the city and it did not disappoint. The place itself is stunning, incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a short and/or long stay. Plenty of linens, kitchenware, even rain boots for the whole family! The surroundings are breathtaking! To top it off, the hosts and couple that are available to help with the house if you want just make it all that much better! We were cared for extremely well by Eduardo and his team and could not recommend this place more. Definitely a place saved on our list to return to!
